The service was good, the only problem was that the paediatric pads for the defibrillator were not in stock, so delivery was delayed.

For us the website wasn't great for ordering but that could have been us as we were a first time user and we had to set up an account. Having said that we were quickly contacted and the order taken by phone. Delivery times were excellent. The only real negative was that I had to phone to chase up our invoice as we didn't receive anything at the time of purchase.

The product we ordered took more than a month to arrive. We had to contact customer services several times a week to find out what was going on. They seemed to know what was going on less than half the times we contacted them.

Thank you for your review and our apologies that your experience with us was not above board. With this particular case, the item did have a longer than usual lead time. Our procedures are to always keep the customer up to date and I apologise this didn't happen on this occasion.

Ordered an office chair from Primary Care on a Sunday, it arrived on the Tuesday. Unfortunately the supplier (Not Primary Care) had sent the wrong chair, a quick call to Primary Care and the correct one was dispatched for next day delivery and the original wrong chair collected with no additional cost to myself

I ordered an ophthalmoscope head on 2nd February. It didn't arrive until April 30th. There was zero communication to explain the delay. When I phoned to find out what was happening I received no apology for the delay and each time was told my order would arrive within the week., which didn't happen.

Discussions with your staff was very good to the point that the initial delivery failed to hold a battery. This was resolved extremely professionally and quickly. The equipment is installed and members trained, Just trust we do not have to use it. Regards.................D. Wake[Hon Sec]

postage for 1 pack of tympanic covers exceptionally high. did not arrive until a week late, with no update. I had to call twice to find out where my order was. same price elsewhere no cheaper
