“I made a Huge Mistake ordering from Pretty You London as I am unable to return my item . I live in the USA and didn’t realize how expensive it would be to return my item. It would cost me triple what I paid for it to return it. I was shocked. I’m now stuck with something that I don’t care for and that was expensive. I’m not happy.”

“In the past, I've always been happy with my slippers that you don't carry anymore or are out of stock. I've always worn a 7 and the slipper that I ordered was too big. When I went to return the slipper and contacted you the return to ship out of the Country was more expensive to return. In the past, I never had this issue.”

“So disappointed in the quality of the bamboo PJ's. I wear the shirt to bed but not the trousers, and you can tell. It's become bobbly, lost its shape, and multiple buttons have come off. It just looks old. Definitely not recommending this to anyone..”

“Liked the website and the delivery bag. Was disappointed with customer service - needed to return my item which was bought as a gift due to mark at the very front so could not gift it. They would not compromise on a courtesy return. Sad to quibble of £3.00 label. Was happy to return my item and will be aware not to shop here again. Other places that sell nightwear at these prices gift wrap too - so will return to use them. Overall disappointing.”

I want to let you know that I bought some clothes from your site recently, They have already been delivered, but afraid to say that two pairs of my sandals, I mean the red one and the navy blue one , also the shorts of my pajamas have some problems.I’m going to attach the pictures of them.
