I liked my first set of plaid pyjamas (in Stone) so much that I have just bought a second pair in Bordeaux. The quality is excellent, they’re really well made, look good, and are a great fit (true to size). They’re warm, cosy and comfortable. I like the colours. Definitely worth the price. I have just washed my first pair at 40 degrees (10 more than recommended) and had no problems. Highly recommended.

The item I received was faulty and the fabric has torn after one wear. I have completed the online returns portal. It says the fault will be reviewed but this has not happened. Poor service.

The size guide is not correct. I suggest ordering your normal size, 12,14,16 etc. the measurements in the size guide led us to ordering a size up which was massive.
Quality good, as expected. Error with exchange meant 2 items received with a further return to do. Hopefully we will get there in the end. No tag to lock zip of returns bag included?

Ordered slippers which showed in stock. As they were due to be delivered received an email saying they were out of stock despite showing in stock on the website,
Requested a refund and 10 days and 4 emails later the refund is still showing as pending.
Shocking customer service and no response to emails sent, avoid!
