“Unfortunately the slippers I bought for my friend wasn’t delivered before Christmas even though I bought them on the 14th December (nothing to do with Pretty you London as DPD couldn’t cope with all the extra parcels due to the postal strike) however I spoke to someone in Pretty You London and they sent out another pair straight away. My friend received them yesterday and is delighted with them.”

“It really is quite a shock when you receive a call from any company personally wanting to help you with your purchase. I got just that with Pretty You! They spotted a problem, informed me and sorted it, just like that. Now this kind of service deserves the biggest respect as it’s a very rare quality for customer service of today. “Lovely slippers. I got to know your product in October when one of my children present them to me as birthday gift. I saw your name on that gift and so looked online for your products then I ordered for family and friends! I got a very big and loving appreciations from them. Although one crystal attached to my own slippers came off but I still love them!”

“Initially, getting the desired colour for the items was a problem. All alternatives suggested we’re out of stock. Only after we had almost given up was an alternative colour suggested, which although not ideal, was acceptable. Shows rather poor stock control and lack of knowledge of Which colours are popular and likely to be sold out.”
