“Ordered the item as a birthday present. Has not been presented yet so unsure of how the product will be accepted. My review is to thank the member of staff that answered my call after Royal Mail had lost the first parcel sent out and were terrible in dealing with. I rang your number and the lady was pleasant, effiecient and had another item sent out via DPD which arrived exactly as she said it would. Excellent customer service. I do hope my wife enjoys the product now!”

“Purchased the grey Dolly slippers, a replacement pair for some I'd previously received as a gift that I had now worn out, they were so comfortable. Easy ordering on the website, and very quick delivery. Ordered on Friday morning just before lunchtime and they were delivered by the postman by 8.30am on Saturday morning. Great service, very pleased with my purchase, would definitely order from you again. I also loved the reusable packaging, something I'd not come across before, now posted back ready for reuse.”
