“Fast reliable service, but the design of the slipper was terrible. They looked ridiculous.”

“Quick efficient service although I stupidly placed 2 separate orders on th3 same day and got charged postage twice but then they arrived together in the one package! So singer postage or even free as the joint value was over £50. My initial error but would have been nice if they'd corrected this as they clearly spotted the delivery address!”

“I have already made comment regarding the size. They are on the large side which is fortunate for me as I was under the impression that I had ordered a 10 and a 12 but received two 8’s. I have enquired if they could possibly be exchanged or refunded after Christmas as they are both for presents. I am loathe to go down that path now as I feel they possibly will fit alright. I would be grateful if you would let me know what the position is in this case. Thank you in anticipation Yours Patricia Graham.”

“Nightdress is lovely and soft, but is a generous fit, so not as much support as I would have liked. Powder puff is a soft pink, though looks white in the picture. The fabric has a strong smell on arrival, so needs aired or pre-washed before wear.”

“Good quality, lovely fabric, but I ordered a size up (14), as recommended, but the trousers were too long (I am a 12 and I am 5.6). That's the only reason why I return the set. I will try to buy size 12 and see if trousers are the right size.”

“Pretty You London offers lovely bamboo pyjamas, chemises and robes that are comfortable and wash well. These are the core of their product range and where they have the most attention to detail and description-- at least in comparison to their viscose pyjamas. The low return fee is thankfully per returned package rather than per item (at least for now). Looking forward to new colourways and styles for the bamboo range!”

“I am 5”5” and all pyjama trousers are at least 2-3 inches too long. Quality and design is good but let down by this issue. I am not prepared to pay a tailor to alter pyjamas.”

“This was my first time shopping with Pretty You London. It was easy to order and arrived quickly and beautifully packaged . I ordered the bamboo lounge wear . I liked the powder puff colour which was a lovely very softlight pinky/cream , but what struck me was how increadibly soft and cool the fabric was against the skin !! as I ordered my ususal size being a 12 on top this was more fitted , but it was so soft it feels very comfortable and has stretch . i found it very compfy to wear to bed . If you wanted a looser fit i wld size up.”
