“The ‘c’ on the top of the Chanel glasses has worn off after wearing the glasses 7 times also the shine has come off the glasses in the same area which I don’t think is good for Chanel I’ve had none branded glasses for years and they have not gone this way. In order to resolve this I have to send the glasses back to them first which I don’t think is great service you can clearly see from photos the fault.”

“The refund process is an absolute joke. They take 7 days from receiving the item back before processing the refund, which then takes between 3-5 working days to hit your account.
Comms are awful, if they respond at all - avoid.
There are better websites to buy your Sunglasses from, so choose wisely.”

They scam you by letting you think you can use a variety of methods to pay, then they steal your identity and your account.

“I bought two sunglasses as I could not find them in store and I want to try and see which one fits best. Although I read the whole section on the terms of service page and the delivery and returns policy, there was no information about no refunding on prescription lenses and more importantly, not receiving the original lenses of the sunglasses as I believe most of partners would do both. Also it was supposed to take 7 to 10 days to arrive and it took 3 full weeks! I was really disappointed with the service!”
