I bought frames from them a year ago. And this about getting these frames replaced. But my old lenses fitted with. They proved that it’s not all about money which is nice to know I’m this day and age. Thank you so much for your help and even going to extreme lengths to fit my old lenses at no cost. First class service. Oh and I love that the chat thing is manned by real humans. Couldn’t recommend more. A++++++ experience for me:)”

Every other service, including Amazon, will make you wait several days for many products. I ordered my Pretavoir sunglasses on Friday and I received my order on Monday. “I placed my order FedEx try to leave the package but no one was home but it states right on the order. No signature required notified FedEx. They came out the next day or I should say they sent me an email saying wrong address. Well if they got to my house the first time I could not have the right address the second time, that’s not your fault becomes your fault you sent me a email stating that you sent the wrong sunglasses so here we go when I finally received the sunglasses I opened up the box and yes they were the wrong ones so I emailed you back stated to send a picture of the item which I did I get another email saying could you please send a picture of the arms with the numbers on them which I did we’re going back-and-forth with this finally after two weeks I received my refund which I requested specially, since the nonsense I went through from day one will not be ordering anything from your company again”
