Although I read the whole section on the terms of service page and the delivery and returns policy, there was no information about no refunding on prescription lenses and more importantly, not receiving the original lenses of the sunglasses as I believe most of partners would do both. Also it was supposed to take 7 to 10 days to arrive and it took 3 full weeks! I was really disappointed with the service!”
“I understand there is a time element to getting prescription sunglasses made and many other sites stated long delivery times - so I ordered tracked delivery and emailed Pretavoir to advise I was travelling abroad and to my delight they arrived within 3 days of my ordering!
