“What an excellent company!
I recently bought a pair of Oakley Glasses from another company and they sent me a used pair with nosepieces missing, no paperwork and a squashed box. Returned immediately.
Found Pretavoir while searching Google. Very nice website that's smooth and a pleasure to use.
Ordered a pair of the same glasses and they arrived next day packaged in a strong box, presented wrapped in black tissue paper, a black envelope with my reciept inside and some bubble packaging. The glasses own box was pristine and everything was included. Perfect!
Pretavoir are a shining example of great customer service and i will have no hesitation in using them in the future.

“They are just legends! I have below average vision and consider glasses as need to have thing with a bit of style, so invest in good frames and lenses. I needed to update my “old” glasses, which had expensive lenses in them (cost me >£1k with the frame) with the new ones. I selected a slightly cheaper version of lenses from the list, thinking that technology made steps forward.
Overall ordering and comms experience was excellent.
When I received my new glasses, I realised that my “old” and more expensive lenses were more comfortable compared to the “new” ones. The team really cared to listen to my subjective mind and made effort to replace the lenses on my new glasses with exactly the same model of lenses I had before, despite not having them in the official list. I’m happy to recommend them to everyone and will def be using them again. Great company with great team!”
“Took a punt with these guys. My prescription Ray Bans are great. Genuine frames and lenses. Communication was great as there was an issue with getting the lenses I wanted. Refund issues for difference in cost of new lenses. Despatch was quicker than expected and prescription is spot on.”

Im fuming as it is very clear that they are made of fake cheap materials from China and they don’t even have the logo on the arm. “This a bit of an odd 5 star review as Pretavoir were not able to supply the eye ware that I had ordered. However, their communication and customer service is superb. Within 24 hours, they emailed me to tell me that they were unable to supply the glasses I had ordered. This was out of their control and was caused by delays with the manufacturer. They offered a range of remedies. Unfortunately, as my wife had her heart set on the specific glasses I had ordered for her, the only practical solution was to arrange a refund. Pretavoir actioned this immediately and the refund was in my bank account within 24 hours.
In this age of impossible to contact online retailers, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company as a risk free retailer.
