“This a bit of an odd 5 star review as Pretavoir were not able to supply the eye ware that I had ordered. However, their communication and customer service is superb. Within 24 hours, they emailed me to tell me that they were unable to supply the glasses I had ordered. This was out of their control and was caused by delays with the manufacturer. They offered a range of remedies. Unfortunately, as my wife had her heart set on the specific glasses I had ordered for her, the only practical solution was to arrange a refund. Pretavoir actioned this immediately and the refund was in my bank account within 24 hours.
