“The ‘c’ on the top of the Chanel glasses has worn off after wearing the glasses 7 times also the shine has come off the glasses in the same area which I don’t think is good for Chanel I’ve had none branded glasses for years and they have not gone this way. In order to resolve this I have to send the glasses back to them first which I don’t think is great service you can clearly see from photos the fault.”

“I ordered 3 pairs of frames to try at home and was happy with 1. I sent them all back to Pretavoir and included details of my perscription so I could have lenses put in the frames I wanted to keep. The whole process was quick and the customer service team kept me informed via email at every stage of the order and return process. Every interaction with the team has been positive and they even honoured my request for a different case.
My only complaint would be that despite the package being clearly labelled (2 x labels to be specific) "do not leave in safe place, hand to resident" and "signature required", Royal Mail still left the parcel in a communal area and didnt attempt to get a signature. Maybe something to consider when placing high value orders but again thats Royal Mail and not the fault of Pretavoir, perhaps some different courier options would be a something to consider.”
“5 star service from Pretavoir and more personally Vesile in aftercare/customer support. Many companies can make it hard to deal with them when you need a replacement, change of product etc but Vesile was always extremely accommodating and helpful with suggestions. Communication was perfect, i was never in the dark and she was super polite. Prices of Pretavoir are amazing, but this isnt at the cost of service...from real people might i add, so to be honest why would you buy elsewhere, i wont be going anywhere else now and thats due to the above. Very impressed and you can feel that they care, that goes a long way.”
