“I had ordered the wrong type of lenses, the staff got me to speak to an optician who help me choose the correct type, they ordered me a replacement lenses while I returned my existing pair, by the time my glasses reached them, they had already received the new lenses, they fitted the new one and I received my glasses within a day, thanks for all your help, great company!!!!”
“The frames were lovely but a screw came out of them that connects the frame to the lens, and when I looked into the spare parts supplied with the frames this part was not there. I did contact you asking for this part to be sent, but the wrong part was sent, so I contacted you again. You then asked me to send my glasses in the post to you, well if I had done this I would not have any glasses to carry on using, so I decided not to do this and told you so in an email, and that I would not bother about the spare parts as it was too much trouble trying to get them. On the delivery of the frames this was excellent, and the price was very competitive and the frames themselves look good when worn.”
