“Years ago i ordered gasses from pretavoir and was happy. I cannot express the my disappointment with my order. Claudia and Jenn refuse to listen to me and CONSTANTLY spoke on top of me. I was left speechless sad disappointed. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they would not let me do so. I am appalled at the lack of costumer service. I was unhappy that despite what they say in website the order takes a lot longer to complete. This is a misrepresentation. You do not state that the order will be with you in 7 days then turn around andstate that it will take up to 2 weeks as one needs to try the frames first. They give you a discount but then REFUSE to use it. THis company is sham I am afraid. Please STAY AWAY from them. This is not the last of my attempt to set justice. They are refusing to let me speak to a supervisor; my only other resort is to file with outside agencies. It is your duty to care for costumers and work professionally.”

Most recently, I ordered a pair of frames to try on at home first and used the re-lens service which I was a little unsure about. I ordered a pair of Tiffany sunglasses through Pretavoir as I couldn't find the exact glasses I wanted elsewhere. They emailed me the next day to let me know the supplier was going to take longer than expected and offered a refund if I didn't want to wait rather than just letting me know there will be a delay like many other suppliers would. I chose to wait anyway and they arrived earlier than I was advised in perfect condition. I 100% will recommend to others and they have made a loyal pretavoir customer out of me.”
“My order went astray through Royal Mail. The company refused to send me a replacement or a refund until THEY had been reimbursed by RM. I have never experienced a retailer who put themselves before their client.
They don’t care in the slightest about their customers.
It’s over two weeks and I have spent hundreds of pounds and still haven’t received anything. How they can actually think that this is acceptable I do not know.

“Recently I was looking for Chanel sunglasses. Glasses from the 2017 collection that are also very rare. This is how I found my glasses at Pretavoir.
Because there are a lot of 'fake glasses' on offer on the internet, I sent an e-mail with some questions. My email was answered quickly. Also, I called the store just because I could hardly believe they had the glasses I was looking for. It was also quickly checked by telephone whether the glasses were still in stock. There was still one pair of glasses. I immediately placed the order. Two days later the order was already with me in the Netherlands. Everything in the order was taken care of down to the last detail.

“I have received my glasses and am absolutely delighted with them…. I had being trying to get my hands on these glasses for a long time so was delighted to find them at a competitive price on Pret A Vour. I had tried to get them at the Chanel store in Dublin Ireland but they did not stock them!! The only downside is your shipping costs your competitors don’t change for shipping. Also there were issues with customs which caused a delay with delivery this arose. This my understanding is because the shipping company had neglected to complete the customs clearance documents properly…at the cost I would expect better service from your carrier”
