I recently purchased some glasses with transitions and Essilor crystal Hr lenses and very happy with the price.
The glasses arrived just after a week but to my surprise the glasses frame I chose was bigger than my existing glasses my bad on this.
So I phoned and spoke the Rachel and she immediately helped by saying the lenses maybe able to be cut down so I selected a slightly smaller frame and returned the original frame back unused.
One week and a bit later I have the newer pair and they are just right I am and so happy that I chose to buy from Pretavoir and that your team were able to recut the lenses. It’s so re asssuring and highlights the exceptional service provided by you. aA big thanks to all involved David Smith”
“When I found that the pair of sunglasses I wanted on your website were out of stock I requested that I be notified when back in stock. I have done this many times before at other retail websites. I have rarely heard back from anyone. To my surprise you wrote back quickly to tell me that you would search for a pair from your suppliers. Within a week or two you wrote again to tell me that you were able to get them back in stock. This is, in my opinion, exceptional customer care. Kudos to you! “Very disappointed with the communication I received from customer services. I had to contact them as royal mail delivered my parcel but it wasn't at my property. They told me to write a note and leave it on the door for the postman and that they would contact royal mail on my behalf and then I never heard anything again.
I ended up going on a big hunt for my parcel as it was for a gift. After 5 days I managed to locate my parcel after knocking on pretty much every flat door in my estate.”
