The process to choose the lenses, any add ons like coatings etc was easy. I had a question on the coatings they offered but the chat wasn’t open, it was quite late but the next day I had an email asking what query I had which I thought was great! Glasses ordered on a Saturday evening and I was expecting them to take 7 days as described however I received them within 4 working days!
