Waste of time. Took 48hrs to notify me that they do not deliver to Northern Ireland. Took my money though.

Brilliant service , delivered in time for Christmas even though I left it to last minute to order. The in laws loved it, thank you so much . Will be back for more orders soon.

Terrible!no email confirmation,the hamper didn’t turn up on the day requested,could not get hold of anyone on the phone or by email so ended up having to order another one!then obviously 2 turned up!

I’ve tried multiple contact attempts Prestige Hampers 😞 Our parents in the UK received totally the wrong hamper and are without their Christmas gift. I’ve had no answer to emails, messages and the chat function for days.

How can you ask for a review when you have failed to deliver the item? You can't blame the post as it was couried. Please don't offer choice of delivery day if you can't deliver that day or the next. And most importantly, get a customer service phone line!!! So so poor. Never again.

Never reply to messages. I ordered to the wrong address and my order was next day delivery. There was no option to cancel so I emailed, messaged on instagram, tried the chat bot, and also called but no response from either of these methods. Very poor would never order here again

Hamper costing £71.48 ordered mid December with acknowledgement received 16/12/22 stating Hamper would be delivered to Granddaughter in Perth, Scotland, on Sunday 18th Dec. Advised by our Granddaughter that Hamper had not been received, various calls to Chatline which proved to be absolutely useless -kept getting that "Don,t understand-will ask Team Member to contact". Despite various calls to Prestige by both Chatline and Email, not one person from Prestige has been in touch, tried telephoning today (23rd Dec) , was told that Office Hours were 9.00 until 5.00 and still no joy with nobody answering. Hamper, as far as we know, is still undelivered, will certainly not be using Prestige in future-it would appear that present will not arrive in Perth by Christmas -very poor service, this Company does not deserve to have any business.

So I Ordered Two Christmas Hampers for Delivery to South Devon on Thursday 22nd December 2022. Packages claimed to have been Delivered by FedEx on Thursday 22nd December 2022 at 2:13pm, was not Signed for by the Recipient (despite the Tracking saying otherwise as it was obviously Signed by the FedEx Driver and Left somewhere, or Was it ? ... i think not) and Yet the Recipient who was in All Day has Still not Received the Goods. All Neighbouring Properties, Apartments and Grounds have been Checked. So Whereabouts and to Whom did they Deliver / Leave the Packages, if indeed they have done ? Am Extremely Disappointed. Customer Services are not Responding to Anything Sent by Email or Customer Service Forms or their Live Chat. Certainly an Appalling way to Treat Customers. Certainly do not Feel Valued at All. Yes, it's a Busy Time of Year but that should be Expected in this Type of Business so No Excuses for Poor Customer Service. In fact it should be the Exact Opposite. Perhaps I will hear from Someone from Customer Services but Doubt very much that I will. Please Think Twice before Ordering as You are Likely not going to Receive the Goods.

Do NOT use these people. Ordered a hamper to be delivered by Dec 21st and it never arrived. There is NO way of speaking to someone in customer service. NO phone numbers and when. you type in the help assistant bot it keeps saying no agents available. I have been ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Prestige hampers really stuffed up, they delivered 3 orders, all on time, all incorrect, They charged for gifts but didn't deliver, very embarrassing and disappointing. They do not reply to emails and the phone line is closed, I should have read the reviews before placing an order. If I hadn't asked my relatives if they liked the wine , to which they replied, what wine? None delivered, 2 different deliveries same problem. Totally ruined the Christmas gifts, too late to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time. I won't use again.

I ordered a package of bakery items to be delivered to my husband who will be alone for Christmas. I arranged for delivery on his day off so he'd be home to receive it being a cold food package. It didn't arrive. Later the next day I saw it was delivered the day late....only the photo of the packages were not of the packages at his flat they're in someone elses house. So we don't know where they delivered it. I emailed Prestige when they didn't arrive on the Wednesday and its now Friday and I've had no reply. This is the second time I've had issues so I won't be ordering again it's just not worth the upset knowing my husband now has nothing for Christmas.

You did terribly. The hamper ordered was not delivered and I do not know how to find it. Tracking indicated it was left in a post hub somewhere. The fresh food will be no good by the time it is found and the recipients and myself, as sender very disappointed. What are you going to do about this? Your telephone has not been answered all day.

Dreadful, hamper was late so food was off, no communication at all and trying to find the hamper I had ordered to see what chilled food might perish was impossible as it wasn’t on the website anymore
