Very disappointed, not worth the money. Delivery was very good but the items were very small.

I really don’t like to leave poor reviews. However, I ordered the chocolate hamper for my brother in law whose birthday is 2 days before mine. Delivery was good, but I was expecting a hamper for him and when a tiny box arrived I was very disappointed. There was a small ?? Hamper inside with the chocolates and some straw popped in. I wouldn’t say they had been lovingly arranged like the confirmation email suggested. I’m sure the chocolates will taste lovely and my brother will enjoy them, but I am so glad they were on offer and I didn’t pay the £45. As it is I still feel very underwhelmed and they were not worth the money.

The steak and ale pie was disappointing, not a lot of steak (26%) and too much onion. The pastry made up the bulk of the pie when it should be there just to hold the filling together. Have had better.

I have placed an order which will be delivered 3 days after the requested date. I did not received a order confirmation but money was taken from my bank account. When I contacted them they just say the can refund me (I will have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive a refund) and about the confirmation, they will send an email once the item is on its way. Even when they mention that a confirmation was sent immediately after I completed the purchase. Very disappointing

I searched on line for gift hampers for Edinburgh. I choose prestige hampers and selected delivery date 21/12/21. Confirmation of Oder was sent but never implied delivery date would not be same as one chosen. It said an email would be sent on dispatch that never came. Hamper wasn’t delivered until 24/12/21 when person had left for Christmas (without the hamper they were to bring with them. I tried to contact them by phone three times but just left on hold. Emailed and was only automatically replied to until I contacted PayPal then prestige hampers emailed back with Read the small print deliveries to Edinburgh can take longer (a long list of small print possibilities). Eventually an apology and 10 pound voucher after 5 emails. Not good enough when ur on top of google search for Edinburgh don’t let person choose delivery just tell them can take 6 or seven days from time of order. I won’t use them again. If I use interflora Uk I get next day delivery. Still waiting to hear what the hamper was like but their customer service is poor.

i received a £10 voucher with a present i was sent. The voucher did not specify any expiry date, but when i tried to use it today, it said it had expired. that's not not good. i was over minimum spend of £40. so that was not the reason it did not work.

I ordered a cheese and wine hamper for my son- in law for Christmas. This was posted which I have no problem with. Was kept up to date as to delivery time and date BUT was very very disappointed in the content of the hamper. For the price it was well below what I expected and will not use this company again.

Plant I received was a miniature rose, not any of those listed on leaflet and it died within a day. Was present from nephew in Australia.

We have had two hampers this Christmas from prestige and I think all the items are of inferior quality. I do feel you could do better. Disappointing 😞

On receipt of the parcel it was immediately wrapped as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the person receiving the gift advised me that there was no wine or any alcohol in the hamper. The first item which I chose was alcohol but it was not in the hamper.

We ordered 3 items to be delivered to 3 homes in the Outer Hebrides. One arrived on time and in good condition. The other 2 were severely delayed and arrived smelling off. The tracking didn't work well and several phone calls to express our disappointment and try and resolve the situation were unsuccessful. in the end 2 replacements were offered and sent - one of which went to the person who had received their gift on time! So of our 3 gifts, one family received 2 good ones, one received one good and one smelly and the third received a hamper that had been out of refrigeration for 10 days! There are no words for our disappointment.

I have given 2/5 as two of my hampers arrived safe and sound. The 3rd however was an unmitigated disaster, items broken, mother injured by broken glass in the hamper and worst of all, no response on the live chat, no response on the phone, no response to email. By far the poorest customer service I have experienced in my life. Would 100% recommend to anyone you use another company. Really disappointing and due to an injury my mother can no longer cook Christmas dinner (which she actually loves to do). Poor

Same as the other bad reviews on here I went in for surgery, knowing I wouldn’t be able to shop for presents this year, I ordered hampers. Many hampers Ordered on the 6th December for a 20th December delivery to all my friends and family in the Uk. I live in Australia. 2 have turned up so far (24th) I spent more than £500 with this company Now whilst I am supposed to be recovering I’m frantically calling the Uk local shops (from Australia) trying to see if local shops can help, which thankfully most have. once this awful company respond to me they will be getting a piece of my mind. And I will be requesting a refund.

The hamper did not arrive. When I contacted Prestige, the customer service advisor was dismissive, shrugging their metaphorical shoulders - DHL had the hamper, there was nothing further she could do to help me; at the same time, DHL told me they could not discuss the issue with me as I was neither the sender, Prestige were, nor the recipient. A subsequent phone call, after the Christmas hamper had still not been delivered and DHL stated it 'might be put on the van tomorrow' (Christmas Eve, 3 days after it was due to be delivered) the customer service advisor was much more efficient and understanding, immediately organising a refund. However, this means my sister has had no Christmas gift from me.
