Great service! I bought a hamper for a friend after 9pm and it was delivered the following day. Thank you. The website though not too easy to use. After I’d chosen the hamper, couldn’t just put it in a basket and continue to browse. I had to go to checkout. Then the hamper and message I wrote disappeared when I tried to reset my password, so had to start the whole process again. I couldn’t just checkout as guest without logging in. Pleased that my friend got the gift!

One order didn't have the personal message but 2 out of 3 not bad. Luckily it was a local delivery but still not the point

Anything & everything I have ordered over the years has been GREAT. However, using the payment section of the website this year has been EXTREMELY challenging &frustrating. Eventually succeeded BUT was about to give up. Used your customer service email, got a ticket number but no response. Would rather have placed order via phone than wrestle with the online option.

The contents were great. I received what I expected. The delivery was dodgy. Dropped off ten doors away but at least I knew where it had been delivered to.

The order process, hamper and scheduled dispatch by Prestige Hampers is/was excellent and can't be faulted. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is you use Royal Mail, the worst postal service in the world, get business savvy, protect your product and reputation and use a courier service which adheres to your customer promises rather than one which lies to your customers and chooses when they fancy delivering your goods instead of when you've paid them to deliver.

The Fax number listed on the brochure is WRONG! I had to make two trips to FedExKinkos to send the fax. The Fax order was never acknowledged.

I like the products. Everything I have ordered had been delivered successfully. I do not find the website altogether easy to get around. It wasn't made clear whether I had to log in or could check out as a guest. Neither was it clear straight away as to whether I could have a different delivery address to the billing address. And now that I am logged in I can't find the logout button. But I admit that I am not a dab hand at IT. Full marks for not pre-ticking the save card details box! Too many web sites get up to that trick.

Delivered quickly. I ordered two of same items for delivery on same date but only one arrived. However after contacting them it was resolved well and delivered. Very good customer service. Appreciated.

EVEN LESS IMPRESSED NOW COS' THE BL**DY STUPID TECHNOLOGY SUBMITTED MY 'REVIEW' BEFORE I'D FINISHEDVTHE FIRST SENTENCE! What I was about to say was, that, I was fairly satisfied, until I received the Acknowledgement Email which showed that PRESTIGE had ADDED £48 to the TOTAL for my ORDER after I'd been give a Total of £382 @ the point of 'PAYMENT', on the basis Is if which I entered my Card Details & pressed 'Pay'! I assume this 'additional' cost is the 'Delivery Charge'! When checking my Order I noticed that the 'Box" to Order Premium Delivery & Tracking facilities, was 'Ticked' altno' I had NOT requested it! I Tried to 'un-ti k' it but it resisted my attempts! As a 91YEAR OLD TECHNOPHOBE I presumed I was not supposed to interfere with it. I am certain that I had read in your ' brochure',& also 'on line', that Delivery was 'Free' especially for a large order of 8 items! (In addition to 2 I ordered a couple of days ago! I think, at the very least, this is 'sharp practice' by Prestige, & NOT WHAT I'D COME TO EXPECT from this Company! I will certainly NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN, & will advise my many Friends & Family, to whom I've previously given glowing recommendations, to follow suit! If I had time & the mental energy I'd cancel my Order & go back to REGENCY!

Prestige Hampers are a great company. Their website is good to navigate. The only thing that is annoying is when selecting an address the list is a little niggly to select. Other than that, Prestige Hampers is a great company to buy from.

The offer was brilliant - just what I wanted. However,as so often happens with websites, I ended up putting in my email 4/5 times, had to create an account and then needed 3/4 /whatsapp messages to verify payment. Typically frustrating - hope the delivery goes better !!

I was happy with the service but was disappointed that after spending approx 700, a week later all the discounts appeared, if I use this again next year I will be sure to leave my order later as to be early you are penalized.
