Somehow the gift was delivered to the wrong address. I don’t know where the error was made. Fortunately the postman was familiar with the recipient’s name and the delivery was to the right person. I didn’t get details of recipient address as other organisations do. They also send sender’s details. Gift delivered on time.

After I entered an Irish delivery address the site defaulted back to a UK address. I hope my hamper will be safely delivered to Ireland.

Really poor website and interesting customer service. Paid 3 times using Apple Pay on the website and order seemed to go through with no confirmation. Contacting customer service and had some positive responsive saying they would call me to resolve the issue. No call even after chasing. I’ve ordered via card now on the website myself and it seems to have gone through. Not sure why you need to pay 3 shipping charges for baskets going to the same address either. Would really appreciate 2 of these refunded.

What a disappointment when opening the hampers i bought for xmas presents to find that 1 of the pieces of cheese had to be used before DECEMBER 8TH...xmas day is DECEMBER 25TH some wks later so not usable. Surely you think all cheeses would have a shelf life until at the latest DECEMBER 25TH

It used to be possible to choose the contents of the hampers. Your idea of what I want to send is not the same as mine! It was frustrating trying to circulate between the various options which seemed to contain the same hampers. It did not seem to be possible to send TWO things to the SAME address, though it was possible to send the same thing to two different addresses. The credit card payment option didn't work.

reasonably impressed with the service other than the fact that having ordered two hampers to be delivered to the same address on the same day i have been charged twice for delivery . surely thats just wrong

It was a cheese hamper that was ordered, For the price paid the products were OK, delivery was OK. However the cheeses were in a plastic bag and the chutneys were wrapped in a brown paper and just put in a prestige Flower box ?? Not quite what I was expecting from the description on the web site or had from other hamper company's

The brownies looked lovely. However the delivery driver delivered them on the hottest day of the year, left them standing upright on my doorstep in the sun. They became a wet mess of brown stew!!! I was in my house all day and had no knock on my door.

Your info and service is excellent - especially having to use it from afar. But, your payment is a nightmare sometimes, even not recognising the last 4 digits of my credit card, only to accept it in the next 24hrs. Consequently, it took 2hrs, over 2 days, to place the order and I have used your services before, so am a known customer.

Pictures are a bit misleading pal. There’s me thinking I’m getting Willy wonkas chocolate factory and instead I got a year 3’s Easter chocolate basket. Chocolate looks nice though.

Charged 2 delivery fees for 2 gifts in the same order to the same address Chatbot unhelpful, promised contact from live person, never happened Website difficult - took 30 min to log in and order EMailing customer services resulted in standard unhelpful response, and my review sent via the automatic system has not appeared on the website However, the presents were appreciated, the tracking information good and the delivery arrived next day as promised I look forward to seeing this review on the website

I arranged for a delivery to sent to my brothers home for his birthday on the 17th May, which he did not receive until 2 days later due to the fact there was no notification put through his letterbox, need I say I was not very happy when I heard this.

Although the sausages rolls I ordered were delicious, they did not arrive on the day requested. I had told what day to expect them and they arrived a day late when I knew I would not be on. I think this is Roysl Mails fault but you need to know
