Ordering was quick and simple but 10 days later, still not received confirmation of shipment!

I specifically instructed that the hamper I ordered be delivered on Dec 21 which was significant date for the people to whom it was sent. Unfortunately it was delivered the next day which spoilt the treat.

Disappointed. I've ordered from Prestige before with no issue but my last 3 orders have not been good. I put in 3 orders for people for Christmas. 1st one turned up 5 days early with no notification when I booked a certain day to make sure someone was in to receive it. Luckily someone happened to be in as they were unwell. The 2nd one turned up on the correct day luckily but was just left on the porch without ringing the door bell, luckily the tracker alerted me and I called to check it had been received. The 3rd one has not arrived on the day booked and no idea whats happened to it or where it is as Prestige say its with the courier and for delivery and was due to be delivered by a certain time but nothing has arrived. Poor service when I've spent quite a lot on these orders due to very good previous experience.

Have tried to contact Prestige to see if my Hampers were delivered but never got a reply, still don't know if my customers got them. I have bought off them before so I know how good their hampers are, but their customer service is awful

We asked for the hamper to be delivered on Monday 20th December to celebrate a special family occasion. Much to our great disappointment the hamper was delivered on Thursday 16th December, and I am still waiting for an e-mail from you to confirm delivery!

The actual Hampers are not bad however the website is a nightmare to use. Twice I had thought I'd completed an order and then to find out, with no communication from Prestige, it hadn't gone through. I checked with my card issuer who had no record of the transactions so at least i wasn't charged. There was no communication from Prestige Hampers advising me the order was not being fulfilled and when i tried calling was on hold for over 10 mins each time, so gave up as i couldn't bare the awful hold music anymore. Would have helped if there was a chat functionality. I get times are tough with lots of sickness and especially this time of year, but it would help if customers were kept as informed when things don't go through as Prestige do when the order is taken.

I would not have placed an order if I’d known that the the delivery would be delayed - this could have been communicated clearly when the order was placed as it was a gift for a birthday so rather fell flat. It was misleading to suggest that delivery would be made on a particular day when the company must have been aware they wouldn’t be able to deliver to that schedule. Disappointed and will not be ordering again.

I ordered for delivery a week before Christmas. Never received confirmation when I asked if it had been delivered. Despite Ordering online and receiving confirmation of the order via email the helpline said they did not see an order linked to my email. Despite two follow up emails I have received nothing back. Money has been taken from my account and as far as I am aware no hamper has been delivered. As I am on the opposite side of the world I am limited with email contact. Not happy.

Picture when I bought was different and what arrived could not be considered a hamper. The box the oatcakes and chutneys came in was half full of paper tendrils to make it seem like you're getting more for your money. Certainly not worth the price for the items I got. Card included wasn't a proper card.

I ordered my hamper early to be delivered on 24th December. The hamper was delivered on 18th December, what is the point. I spent 55mins waiting on the phone to get through to customer services and gave up. I have sent 4 emails regarding my issue and still not received a response. Will not be recommending Prestige.

I would live to be writing a review saying how well you have done but I haven't received either of my orders. I believe I have spent around £10 on delivery. A response from yourselves would be great

Very disappointing poor packaging and damaged items due to being thrown about by possible deliverers also photo very deceiving.

It’s a shame nobody rang the contact number given we have still not got the hamper and it is now at a post office 15 miles away - probably will not do this next year! The address you failed to deliver to was 7 Bedford Square partridge Green - not happy

I was disappointed with the lack of items in the hamper. I also thought it definitely wasn’t value for money, especially for the amount that I paid for it. I had to buy additional items to add to the hamper so that it didn’t look so empty, which defeats the purpose I got it for in the first place.

Used last year and wasn't too bad ... this year awful delivered the gifts a week early , so not the best , i don't think i will be using again
