Website needs updating and it is difficult to change the things that pop up and make paying difficult . It makes the site feel insecure ...the bot needs removing completely . The site design is a bit trashy flashy and the photographs of poor quality

Only succeeded at the 3rd attempt, very complicated procedure on line. Hope delivery is a better performance

We received an excellent hamper as a gift and we were so delighted that we thought we'd order one as a gift for a friend. What I did not like was that Prestige Hampers insists upon taking more details than are required to pay by PayPal in order, I assume, to facilitate their marketing campaigns.

hampers look great however I had to use a desktop rather than my mobile as it wouldn't render properly on mobile and wouldn't let me scroll down to continue to the next part of the checkout process after selecting what type of account. V frustrating.

When I ordered this hamper it was priced as £29.99. As I arrived at the checkout page, the price had changed to £30.49 (plus £5.99 delivery!!!). Somewhat unsatisfactory. It is not fair to increase the price of the goods in the time it takes you to order it on-line, and - if you order a hamper, you would expect it to be delivered wouldn't you????

Dreadful website. Ordered 2 items. Added an address for 2nd item and it overwrite address on item 1 and didn't record it for item2. Dah. Worst I didn't choose special cards but was billed for them. Worst of all the final price before I paid was shown as 85.98, and once I had paid - too late to change - it was 97.96. It looks like I was charged X2 for each delivery. Never again!

I ordered 2 hampers of the same value and I received them very promptly. One of the hampers was packed very neatly the other looked like it had been packed by a child who had been told to put their toys away.

using the website was straightforward. However the recipient received the Hamper late and had difficulties with Customer Services. Happy outcome the hamper, for a birthday, will be re dispatched. I will use Prestige Hampers another time since the product is excellent.

The hamper arrived on time for Mother's day and my Mam was really pleased with it . She has tried most of the products and has said that everything was really nice. My issue is that I choose the hamper as it is mostly savoury which suits my mam, but they substituted two sausage rolls for another half bottle of wine. On the website, it does say they may have to substitute like for like. I accept this but Wine and sausage rolls are not like for like. I contacted customer services and I did not find them helpful as they said I had been substituted .

Ordered a wine and cheese hamper for Mothers Day unfortunately even though I ordered it several weeks ago and specified delivery it arrived a day late 😰disappointed however my Mum loved it 🤗
