“Would not use again... Delivered two days early, with only 2 day use by on it. This meant the present had to be given and eaten before Christmas Day. Was left with a neighbour, as we weren't expecting it to be delivered 2 days early, no card pushed through. Its a good job we have honest neighbours. Ruined the surprise and present for my 91 year old grandma.”

“I have just bought a hamper from you and paid for it. I live in Australia and have sent the hamper to my father in the UK. I had to give you my email etc as well as other information and in return you asked me if I would now like to have a discount code voucher. So of course I have said YES. So I fill out my email again and you said email not valid so NO VOUCHER. What a rip off. Do I order through you again .....................................”

“Well, I suppose if I had received the hampers I would be able to give a better review. Knowing Royal Mail is holding strike action, you still chose to use them as your courier which I find bizarre. The 5 hampers were ordered on Thursday 15th December and they're still not here.”

“Very old-fashioned web-site. It is difficult to make purchases to be sent to different people. The second purchase immediately used the address and greeting card of the first purchase. Really tricky to get round this. Also, the card payment system did not work and 'could not complete purchase - requires authentication. But no request for authentication was received. What a waste of time!”

“Barely useable and dishonest. Cannot delete timed delivery for an extra 6 Only used because other sites were even worse. Sad commentary on on line UK businesses. As bad as here in the USA. Whatever happened to business ethics.”

“Disappointed. Ordered the country cheese hamper and it is very small and doesn't look like anything special at all. This was meant to be a Christmas present for family but it really doesn't look like much and so we will have to add more to their present to make it look decent. For £23 + £6 delivery (sale price) I expected more. I've bought hampers in the past for around this price and had much more for my money. Can't comment on the actual quality of the food as obviously we haven't eaten any of it and was delivered promptly. But based on this product, I doubt I will buy from this company again.”
