“I purchased a portable 3KW oil heater from the ebay store. All information was easily available for the heater and only took two days to arrive. The packaging was excellent as is the quality of the product, at a very inexpensive price, other retailers were selling same items nearly twice the price. I would certainly recommend Prestige Radiators to friends and family, Thankyou”

“I bought a Swan Catering Urn last week for my Dad's 60th party. First of all, what a great service I received from CNM. I ordered the product on a Monday hoping to receive it by the weekend, but to my surprise it came first thing Wednesday morning. Secondly, the product was fantastic, exactly what I wanted. I will be using this for all my future parties. Will be recommending this website to all of my friends.”

“Nice towel dispenser and very well made. I think it's quite mean and penny pinching that a quite expensive item comes with only one key though. I did ring to express my dissatisfaction last week and was promised another, so far it has failed to materialise. We have a "glamping" camp site in the Dales and this is the first time I've bought through you, not overly impressed so far. Kind regards”

Hello I am sorry to hear you are less than impressed with your purchase. I can see from our notes that a secondary key was ordered last week and then posted immediately to yourself. Unfortunately sending via Royal Mail can sometimes unintentionally cause an issue which as you can appreciate is beyond our control. Unless we are informed you have not received the goods - which you kindly have done - we are at their mercy. Your comments have been passed on to the manufacturers in regards to only having one key. To be honest I totally agree with you, but this is not something we have any control over. We do not make this dispenser, however this is common with the majority of dispensers in the market. If you have not received the key by Tuesday next week, please email us and we will order another key then send via recorded delivery. Kind regards CNM Customer Services

“Hi i found this site off the internet while looking for a slimline wall heater for my mother as i still do not trust internet found the phone number and rang up it was answered straight away by a lady who was very knowlegable i was able to order the item i wanted and payed by card Next day ( as was late afternoon when orderd) i got confomation of order by email then later got another email with delivery date, the day before got another email with delivery time down to the hour absolutly amazing parsel recived bang on time on day nothing else to say brilliant,”

“CNM kept me updated by email telling me the date for delivery and that i would have to sign for the parcel, which was helpfull. The parcel was well made up and the kettle was in perfect condition when i unpacked it. This is the second Catering Kettle i have from CNM and i had good service with the last one i purchased from them.”
