“1st radiator arrived damaged, quickly dealt with but vague description of collection and delivery of replacement caused cancellation of my electrician. No template for fixings!!”

Our Company Policy is that any product that may arrive damaged is to be Repaired or Replaced, once the damage item is received back to our warehouse, we can then send out a replacement. I can confirm we arranged collection of your faulty heater and delivered a new one promptly. From your order notes I can see you were made aware of when the collection and delivery would take place. “Not unboxed all of them yet but first ones in and works brilliant so easy to use and love the remote as I can hide it from the kids. Had the small towel rail and fits lovely in my bathroom.”

“I ordered a part, they sent a different one so I phoned them and they said it was an error. They sent the same wrong part again, I phoned them they asked for a photo. They then said they no longer made the part I wanted but hadn't deleted it from the catalogue but instead of telling me just sent something else. Absurd waste of money and time.”

“I purchased 2 electric heated towel rails. The order process and delivery were first class. However, one of the towel rails wasn’t working correctly, this problem was fixed the following day, following a phone call to customer services. I thoroughly recommend CNM for product and customer service.”

“First class company delivering a first class product. I ordered two Pisa electric towel rails which were delivered after two working days. As the thermostat was not working on the smaller of the two rails, I called customer services, Jessica who answered my call was not only very efficient, she was most helpful in arranging a replacement thermostat/heating element to be delivered the following day, she also arranged for the faulty thermostat/ heating element to be collected. Will definitely use this company again.”
