“I bought a coupla 1.3kW panel heaters for a quick heating solution for an annexe to my house which gets very cold. Buying from the website was really straightforward and gave me all the information I needed to make my choice. The heaters arrived within 48hrs -set them up and off to go. Delighted with the speed and level of heat output. Will probably have to keep them turned right down as they are much more effective than I expected - got one in an uninsulated loft room around 4m x 5m and the other in a downstairs room with three outside walls and draughty windows. I'm delighted as they were significantly cheaper than other suppliers despite the high spec (slimline with timers). Will definitely look to CNM for any future electrical purchases. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Constant hot water is great but the cost is prohibitive, not in cash in noise. Power on 4 20 seconds rests 4 two mins 45 seconds power on 20 seconds etc etc. I wish I had spent more money on a double skinned unit with insulation I feel sure I would be a lot quieter.”

“I ordered a small item for delivery. It was not delivered and when I contacted Prestige Radiators they suggested that delivery had failed because no one had been in (No card recording any failed delivery was left by the postman) and that I attempt to track it through the post office. Having paid postage, I take that to include delivery and suggested that responsibility for tracking the package rested with them. I offered the company the choice of recovering the package and making delivery or refunding the money; they chose the latter, but there is still no sign of the money being refunded to my account.”
