We were massively let down by Prestige Networks. We went through them to secure two BSL interpreters for a Hustings focused on disability issues and were given 1 business day notice before our event that you were unable to supply interpreters. When we spoke on the phone in our initial call, they said that they would absolutely be able to provide interpreters for the event. They also said that if we sent through the payment quickly, that they even had people in house who wanted to interpret. This was obviously not the case. The lack of BSL interpreters meant that our clients and community members relying on these were let down and unable to access the event, which was even more disappointing as this was a Husting focused on disability issues. The lack of honest and open communication and last minute cancellation is unacceptable and we would certainly not recommend that anyone use this service.

Good afternoon, We are equally disappointed in the outcome of the proceedings last week. From what we gather, it appears that you should have been better informed regarding our interpreter availability for your event. Our colleagues Lewis and Erin have informed us of their communications with you and processes searching to fulfil your order. Unfortunately, due to the extreme high demand for BSL interpreters, it is becoming increasingly difficult to pin down freelance interpreter availability. This is especially true for such delicate work as providing BSL support for Deaf attendees at a livestreamed event of a political nature. We have discussed your comments and feedback internally with Senior Management and have stressed that communication must be prioritised going forward. Following the proceedings last week, should you have any future requirements for BSL support we would be happy to provide special concession. We pride ourselves on our strong client relationships and the services we provide. We would like the opportunity to regain your trust and demonstrate our commitment to excellent service. I worked for Prestige Network Ltd for over 6 years now. I never had a day where my queries weren’t dealt with professionally. The staff is well trained, efficient, and understanding. Never met anyone personally but felt like I can call them anytime and be rest assured that my problem will be solved. Worked for other companies but will definitely put PN at the top. 😊

We hired a BSL interpreter for our event, through Prestige Network. We found Prestige through a simple google search. Our experience from start to finish was superb, especially considering it was a last minute booking due to an unforeseen circumstance. Our interpreter was timely, professional and friendly. The quality of the service, speed of their response time was unmatched. We would definitely use Prestige Network again and won't look any further for future events. If you've read this far and still second guessing, don't waste your valuable time scouring the net - Book Prestige.

Very easy to use the service. Sent an email asking to translate my marriage certificate and within hours they go back and advise on what I needed to do. Go the translation in days very quick turnaround.
