Had a surprise delivery from my mother...most of the bunch were good to last.. however the only two pink roses never opened..I know how to care for them and so was disappointed after good money being spent. I have had beautiful fair trade roses from the co op many times that bloomed beautifully and lasted a long time! Disappointed. Have not told the giver as would be so disappointed too.

Not best pleased flowers look more like a small bunch and the vase has a crack in it at the too. This was for my nan's 97th Birthday. Would have given more stars but not this time.

I ordered a celebration bunch of flowers . The picture on line was beautiful and full . I ordered a vase at £4 and my total was over £35 so I expected a really nice bunch of flowers for £30 . I could have bought the same bunch from the garage up the road for £6 . I was very disappointed . Was and I actually had to apologise to my neighbour for how bad they were .

Flowers were delivered late and when I opened the parcel Flowers were already withering . I have a door bell and the driver didn't even wait for me to say leave it with my neighbour. I am so disappointed having spent so much money on this selection.

I can't say I was impressed by the flowers sent to my friend who was recovering from an operation. I felt rather disappointed and conned out of £34! You need to do better Prestige Flowers! There was nothing 'Prestige' about the flowers. In the image you advertise it shows 7 Lillies and 7 Roses. The bouquet I received was 5 of each. Do better Prestige Flowers! Not happy!

Not happy at all. I paid for the bigger bunch but I could have got 4 bunches from the supermarket for the price. Wish I could have added a photo but it didn’t seem to work.

great service, delivered exactly as ordered but the flowers were rather disappointing. Not such a bountiful bouquet as pictured with less colour. Tried to send a picture but the review page doesn't allow it !

Too many pop-ups on website and repeated upselling attempts are annoying. Additionally, for "Get Well Soon" category, my wife suggests that "non-intervention" offerings should be increased. E.G. self-contained flowers that don't need to be put in a vase or arranged in any way, as poorly people often don't have the inclination or energy to be processing flowers.

Very good service, delivered next day as promised, a little underwhelmed by what arrived compared to the picture online, seems extremely expensive for what actually turned up. Other half was happy with them, but i think a more accurate description of what to expect would be better.

A little disappointed. The flowers were a gift for my mother on her birthday. I paid for next day before 1pm delivery and weren’t received until 4pm. The flower were not as what was shown in the image.

I am very disappointed with Prestige flowers. I feel completely ripped off. It cost me $108 US dollars and some change, to send my friend in the UK flowers and a teeny tiny bottle of champagne. She sent me a picture of what she received. It looked like someone went to the store, bought a bunch wrap of tulips and a twig of baby’s breath and shoved it in the vase. For this price, it should have at least been a full bottle of champagne. Never again!
