If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for next day delivery, as they advertise this. They did not arrive. When they did arrive the vase was missing. They have offered me online credit.. I am currently emailing for refund as I have no intention of purchasing anything from them again.

I would have given them zero stars. I ordered some flowers that were left on my doorstep also a day late! I live in a block of flats and when I got home they were gone! Prestige flowers are saying they are not responsible which I understand but will not give me a refund! I will never buy from this company again

I bought flowers when I was over in Scotland 2 years ago just managed to get in to my bank account that I keep to use when I’m there . Only to find out I was charged 4 times for one order and 3 times on another . £31.48x7 . Will never use your service again

Unfortunately the flowers didn’t last - this is a photo on day 2 (the day after delivery). Am trying to upload the photo of dead flowers but without success!

Very disappointing bouquet of peonies delivered to my mum for her 70th birthday. Waited a week in the hope that they would open and only two did. The greenery started dropping after two days of arriving. Would have been better buying a £5 bunch from Tesco, wouldn’t use again.

Well what I can I say paid a stupid amount for what I thought would be a beautiful bunch of flowers but no looked like a bunch you picked off a grave stone absolutely shocking will never use you again! And to top it off they left them in the porch and didn't knock!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

So disappointed. I placed an order and 49 mins after I did this I realised that I made a mistake with the address. I contacted them 49mins later and they ignored the email for 2 days The flowers were left with the wrong person - in a garage but I did not authorise that. Now I am being fobbed off with curt responses Won’t ever use again £55 wasted and a friend didn’t get her pressies designed to cheer her through a very different time 🥲

I paid over £30 ( not including delivery) and what came was a tiny bunch of flowers. More value at you local supermarket, or your local florist. Will never use online florist again.

Noticed a typo on the card - called the number for a recorded message saying they are closed, but they are open 9am -5pm Mon- Fri. It's currently 4pm on a Friday. So I tried the live chat as per the recorded message, but there isn't anyone available to answer. Incredibly poor service. Since this is a client gift, this is incredibly annoying.
