I was given the wrong post code and this caused delays in the in the delivery. I was extremely happy and impressed with the customer service I received. I expect I will here from the recipients soon. I paid £40 for large flowers for my mother’s birthday and I am so disappointed. I would have been better going to a supermarket. I expected a large bouquet of flowers but instead a messy small bunch. Won’t be using this company again!!!

I ordered flowers for my best friend’s daughter’s wedding to be delivered and they delivered wrong bunch of flowers with half the flowers missing! I am paid almost £50 for this and it was suppose to be a surprise but I have tried to contact the Prestige company and they have not responded via chat calls or email. I want my money back. Poor company and communication.

I received a bouquet for my birthday. The flowers haven't even lasted 7 days The Roses were dead after 3 days. The rest of the bouquet is on its way out after 5 days. Not happy.

Do not order flowers if you want next day delivery! Even though it says ORDER BY 10pm FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY they do not honour this. I phoned and complained and told they never give refunds (even though day before lady promised on phone would be with recipient by 7.30pm)! Have reported to ASA for mis-information.

Flowers were delivered in a timely fashion, but the flowers themselves were not good. A very poor bouquet. Flowers appeared dead/dying; I initially thought it may have been that they were not yet opened up, but 3 days later and flowers are still looking in very bad condition/dying. Will not use Prestige again as the website imagery does not reflect the delivered bouquet in any way

Mediocre flowers, however, the real concern is the state of one of the roses that arrived as part of the bouquet. Mouldy and rotten and would absolutely have been that way at the time the bouquet was put together and shipped (was too advanced in the rot, to have happened 'during shipping'). Have fed back that the quality was unacceptable, but just got told to 'send more pictures'..... I am pretty sure that the image of the offending rose would have been enough to show there is a real issue with quality. Attached so you can see for yourself.

Received absolutely dreadful bouquet of sunflowers yesterday. Contacted customer services who said they were of their usual standard and would not offer a refund. However after many emails they offered a £15 voucher for some more poor quality, dying flowers. No thanks! See for yourself in pics below I am not the customer I am the extremely disappointed recipient and I have asked the customer to never use this company again. I have tried to upload photos but it is showing as an error

Flowers arrived bone dry, wilted and ready for the bin! Thought they would be sourced from a local supplier like other flower delivery companies do and not sent to Northern Ireland by royal mail!!! Waste of money! Won’t be using prestige again!!

Customer service tried to help but in the end - delivery was unsuccessful. Loss of money. And no flowers given. Refund policy did not support the situation. Just disappointed.

When arrived the Lillie’s had snapped off he stems, half the flowers had died and gone brown and crusty! For nearly £50 This is not good!

I have used Prestige for years as I send my aunt flowers on her birthday and it makes her day. This year is special as she is 90 so I have sent her something only special and I trust Prestige as they always come up trumps in qulality and delivery. They have never let me down. I live overseas and it is very important that my aunt gets the flowers on time and they are nice. I can wholeheartedly recommend Prestige.

I ordered next day flowers in plenty of time for the order to be processed and received confirmation of my order. However on the day of expected delivery I received an email from Royal Mail saying the flowers would arrive the following day. I checked with the chat bot on Prestige Flowers and it advised me that delivery might still happen that day anytime up to 7:30 pm. The flowers did not arrive next day. I contacted Prestige Flowers who eventually offered £5.99 in credit for my next order. I have read the other reviews on Prestige Flowers and next day deliveries can be hit and miss. The flowers are pretty and fresh but if it is next day delivery you want I’d advise you to go elsewhere.

I ordered this bouquet for my parents anniversary, instead I got a bunch of thistles. I sent a respectful email to Prestige Flowers explaining my disappointment & attached photos to show the significant difference in the bouquet I received compared to the photos online. Firstly i received a very confusing response advising me on how to care for the rose petals which I'd never even asked for and had nothing to do with my actual complaint and no acknowledgment of the issues that are clearly obvious from the photo comparison. I was told if you give it 3 days the bouquet will have a more true representation of our online image'. Sorry, am i delusional? Will the missing flowers just appear? After an unbelievable amount of back and forth emailing, I've been told numerous times that 'the bouquet received matches the correct size & is of good quality consistent with the bouquet you purchased from our website'. Bear in mind this bouquet is considered ‘luxury' on the website. The matter of the missing flowers & ridiculous amount of thistles has never been acknowledged by the customer service team therefore they wouldn't offer me any refund, the only compensation they FINALLY offered was a £15 voucher for their website. what an insult considering the bouquet cost me over £60.00. I am not one to ever complain, but I have a strong sense of justice and doing the job I do, being a perfectionist, I just can't believe a company that offers a service like this has absolutely zero compassion for its customers and refuses to take accountability. I've never dealt with such an incompetent 'customer service’ team and have been left with such dissatisfaction and disappointment. Oh and a horrendous bunch of thistles that should have been a special bunch of flowers for my parents first anniversary. This company needs shutting down, it’s a scam.

Ordered the Wild and Wonderful bouquet for a friend. I haven't used this service before but assumed the flowers would be arranged in a bouquet but seemed they were just dumped together. Odd. All the flowers were there and I paid for a large but looks smaller than the medium bouquet pictured on the website. Delivery was fast and on time.
