I paid £47 and it was a tiny bunch of flowers so disappointing and currently not worth the money! Will not be buying from here again!!

I love this website. Always takes me a while to decide which flowers to send as there are so many lovely bouquets. The annual delivery pass is a great idea. Flowers are always delivered on time and always well received. Great site

I am so upset that my darling sister, who has very little cash, sent me flowers on the 1st anniversary of my husbands death only to find that I have received what looks lie a bunch of weeds with a couple of flowers pushed in Loads of cheap foliage with tatty stems. At least the thought was there which is lovely.

As I haven’t look at them in the flesh , I left four star rating. I didn’t know about this website until I was on Clearpay site looking for flowers for a gift. Very easy to order , excellent price and get them for tomorrow. Added bonus they do a free delivery service for 12 months, which costs 9.99, and they are on TopCashback so it’s a win win, it’s 599 for I delivery, so I took advantage for t to he 12 months.

Worst company ever dealt with - no communication no one to talk to and flowers delivered 3 days late. I want compensation but no one cares. Do not deal with this company - they steal from you.

Service was great easy to order, didn’t deliver on time so there was the birthday flowers out the window, emailed but slow response so couldn’t sort out on that day, guessing they will be delivered the following day when they have been sat there for over 48hours not very prestige, gutted but hey ho you win some and you definitely lose some

Flowers were late so were dried out wilting. The card was missing. Prestige said it might be because I live in a remote area of the UK. No, I don't I live near Swansea and Llanelli just off the M4. Royal Mail sent the parcel to Neath by mistake instead of Swansea they informed me by email, so not my fault as your company implied it was my fault. My daughter only had one day off on the 4th of June and of course, they arrived the next day when my daughter had gone back to work. Order 8014599 No satisfactory reply.

Peonies as a 91st birthday gift from son in Australia…really disappointed, they were half dead and dried up. No damp wrapper or anything! Sent complaint with photo and have had no response! Worst delivery flowers ever received!

If I could leave 0 stars then I would. Bad quality flowers...8 tiny peonies and lots of greenery filler ....cheap chocolates...all for the bargain price of £38.47...weird price too yea! Well every penny counts when you're ripping people off of a daughter's surprise birthday flowers...You should be ashamed to be allowing such shoddy gifts....DONT DISAPPOINT SOMEONE SPECIAL IN YOUR LIFE ...

I ordered a large bunch of ‘Sensational Sunflowers’ for my Wife on her birthday. The bouquet was pretty measly with very small sunflowers and hardly any additional greenery. Very disappointing.
