One star awarded only so I could leave a review, probably the worst bouquet I've every come across, the flowers very poor quality and half dead, I've put better in the bin. Don't use this company.

Paid over £50 for a 'large' rose and lily arrangement with vase for ny mum. Popped round 4 days after delivery and they are almost dead! Emailed only to be told as it was after 3 days they couldn't do anything but offered me a £10 voucher. I obviously declined. Will definitely not be ordering from them again. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Avoid them; it's just not worth the money or risk.

I purchased online for flowers to have next day delivery, 17th September 2024 should be the delivery date. Received a notification from Royal Mail to say expected delivery 18th September 2024. Which will be too late as this is for a lady who is retiring on the 17th and will not be back into work after that date. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this. The flowers were not cheap and I feel that I have completely wasted my money. Not happy!

When the flowers arrived the roses were dead. The rest of the flowers lasted 2 days. This was so disappointing for the recipient. This is a terrible service and I would like my money back. Kathleen McDonald

Absolutely terrible. Ordered over a week ago, was told was gonna e delivered in the morning as part of a present. Not arrived on time Not arrived on the day. Rude customer service didn’t even get offered a refund let alone a discount for being messed arround. Was told the only care about 24 hour orders dosnt matter that you ordered a week ago!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it. Flowers arrived 2 days late and they were for a birthday. I ordered the large option for the flowers and they looked like the standard size, I was very disappointed. I want a refund the flowers were rubbish and don’t get me started on the customer service and all the excuses they were coming up with as to why the flowers were not delivered on the day as requested. Save yourself the grief and order from somewhere else.

Shocking ,do not waste your money, birthday flowers arrived looking half dead wrapped in black cellophane so so upsetting and disappointing and not cheap,company not willing to accept any responsibility (DO NOT USE)

Do Not Use. Absolutely shocking service. Royal Mail did not deliver expensive anniversary flowers, when I chased Prestige Flowers they kept telling me that Royal Mail attempted delivery. I had been home all day, they hadn’t! Seems I’m not alone looking at the trail of poor reviews. When I repeatedly pointed this out they eventually said they wouldn’t help and would challenge if I cancelled my card payment. To date, still no sign of any flowers, though I expect they are somewhat dead by now. Odd that any company would happily take your money and not give two hoots if you even receive their product!

Paid for a morning delivery on Friday 13.09.24. Mum had popped out with the dog and Royal Mail didn't leave the flowers as they have to be signed for. Still haven't arrived at Midday on 16.09.24. Contacted Customer Services who just ignored the complaint and were useless. Will not use this company again.

We understand how frustrating it must have been for the flowers to not be delivered as expected and for the delay in resolving the issue. We understand your preference for the delivery to be made even if the recipient is not present. However, for orders with special 1 pm delivery, a signature from the recipient is required. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to leave the bouquet in a safe place or with a neighbour. I can see that this order has now been delivered. Easy to order on line. Products are fabulous. Arrived on time as always. I won't be using any one else from now on Prestige is the only one for me. Flowers last for a long time and the rose plants are amazing. I love getting vouchers too, every little helps.

I ordered a bouquet with chocolates to be delivered today 15/9/24 as we were meeting for a meal. The flowers were never delivered as guaranteed and I will be requesting a full refund (£63.47), as it was for a hen do today for my daughter. Very poor and have been let down and very disappointing.

Ordered some birthday flowers for my mother-in-law, they were supposed to be delievered on Sunday. Royal Mail however sent an email, saying they couldn't deliever the flowers and will try again the next day. My mother-in-law is house bound and has a carer all day, so there is always someone there. I feel very let down as I spend a lot of money and don't know, whether the flowers will last.

Website claims next day delivery Mon to Fri so I Paid premium for next day delivery. Saturday no delivery, now Sunday and no delivery. So the best case scenario is the flowers arrive tomorrow which is 2 days late. Not good and definitely not a prestige service. I'll wait to see what the quality of the flowers are like.

Absolutely terrible flowers from this company and wouldn’t recommend them and there response is terrible avoid them for any flowers you want to send you get a better bunch from Lidl fraction of the cost

I have used Prestige Flowers in the past and have been satisfied with their products. However, I ordered a bouquet for my wife’s recent birthday and was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The roses died off after only three days and a sunflower never developed. The bouquet was expensive and the quality inferior.

The flowers sent to a friend as get well, were poor quality and lasted under 48 hours before dying. The problem with sending flowers unless the recipient tells you you have no idea how bad they are. I am Really sad that an expensive gift was such poor quality. I won’t be using again
