Bought a 'large' bouquet of flowers, when they were delivered there was nothing of them, i presume a small would only have 3 flowers in it, could of got a better bouquet down tesco's for half the price, i wont be ordering from here again.

Delivery company left flowers upside down at side of house and didn’t leave a card. My sister only became aware of them the next day when I phoned to ask her had she received them. When I raised my concerns with the live chat robot all the blame was laid with the delivery company. I explained these flowers were important as my niece had passed away a few days ago. This was not acknowledged at all. I won’t be using this company again or recommending them.

BE AWARE I ordered next day flowers and chocolates for delivery on 10/07/2024 for a birthday present for my daughter-in-law however it is now 11/07/2024 and they have still have not arrived! After contacting a customer services representative they say it’s out for delivery! The delivery money charged they are willing to refund ie £5.99 which is ludicrous! I would have been better had I went to local florists bought flowers, chocolates and card and hand delivered them myself at least they would have arrived on time!!! The reason I ordered was the reviews and the fact I’m just out of hospital to say I’m totally disappointed is an understatement!!! Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind paying if I get item and service I paid for but in this case it hasn’t happened! My advice to any potential customers use a local florist you know and trust avoid this company at all costs! 😡😡😡😡😡

Beware! Next day delivery does not mean next day delivery, read the small print as they told me to do. Once the flowers have been dispatched they admit no responsibility for late delivery. "We are still operating within our terms in which the sale was made, and have 3 days to deliver this item." Unfortunately my mother did not receive my gift on her 80th Birthday and I was offered a small amount off my next order to make up for it. A company like this is only as good as their courier network and unfortunately they have chosen badly.

When ordering the flowers I picked the large flowers excepting them to be as they were in the photos that were advertised after receiving the flowers I was in complete shock most of the flowers were dead and was completely destroyed after paying so much for the service i expected only the best ! I would never use yourselves again and would never recommend to anyone I have seen nicer flowers in supermarkets that cost a fraction of the price ! Absolutely devastating!
