This is the worst bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. Most are pretty much dead or will be by tomorrow, also my Husband ordered them to be delivered at a certain time but we're an hour late. I'm very upset. We don't have £60 to throw into the bin and what was meant to be a sweet romantic gesture had turned out to have ruined our Anniversary today. Unacceptable

Ordered some flowers for my aunts birthday, Royal Mail said they were delivered, Prestige said they weren’t as I hadn’t given them the correct address! The full postcode was entered and gave the address from their website!!!!! They arranged another delivery date and still no flowers! Emailed yet again, asked for a refund and still nothing! Would not recommend using Prestige flowers as they will let you down!

Sadly whilst the flowers looked lovely Riyal mail decided to leave them at the wrong address on a door step not in a secure porch so they were never received, maybe change of delivery provider is needed

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my sisters birthday on 4/10/24 which cost £36.99 plus delivery. To be fair they were delivered on her birthday, but they did not look like the photo on their website. I complained and asked for a refund as per their satisfaction gurantee. They asked for photos which I sent and they agreed that they were not of the right standard. So they offered to send a replacement bouquet to my sister or anyone else, I refused as her birthday was past. They then offered me a full credit of £42.98 to my account for future use, I refused and reitereated that I wanted a refund as per their website, Quote copied from website "so if for any reason you're not satisfied, we'll refund your money" eventually they agreed to refund for the flowers £36.99 only, which they have processed. However it should not take 9 emails to get a refund when things go wrong. Please be aware that even with quotes about satisfaction guarantee you still have to fight to get a refund.

Please dont waste your money. The flowers are terrible quality and the same as a £3-99 bunch from a supermarket not a bouquet as described. Then told by prestige flowers its because I didn't buy a big enough bouquet. This was £27

Ordered a large bunch of flowers for a birthday they were dead on arrival nowhere near a large bunch of flowers. I ordered them when out of the country and because I didn't complain quick enough ( or when I was back in the country to see the £40 "bunch of flowers") they will not refund or even send fresh flowers as they are advertised. I will never use this service again I was completely embarrassed to have these delivered to someone for their birthday. I have added pic of what I ordered and what was received.

Don’t buy your flowers from here, honestly I put extra money and order a large flowers set and it been delivered smaller and not worth the money at all! I’m not paying for an extra £10 for a large when you sent me a medium!

2 days now and the flowers are still NOT delivered. My daughter is waiting 2 days now at her apartment and both days i am getting message that the flowers are not delivered and no one called her. Will never order from this company again.

Flowers dead on arrival. Complain and they have covered themselves. Obviously, flowers only meant to last three days, as a complaint after three days is not their fault. I say flowers but most of it is greenery

Unsatisfactory service ordered flowers 6 days before required and they still couldn’t deliver on time maybe should spend money on a providing a decent customer service rather than sponsoring Chris evens radio show

Terrible experience and unhelpful customer services. The flowers were not delivered to the recipient and sent back to the sender (Prestige). I was told to get in contact with Royal mail from their customer services but as the flowers had been returned they could not do anything. Customer services then said that "not my problem" in short and refused to redeliver the flowers or issue a refund. Would never use again just on the basis of the companies unhelpful people, never mind the flowers not even being delivered......

Not worth the money, deliver no problems turned up on time so that was amazing but we were not able to find the message card. I thought I had entered the code for the free vase but that didn’t arrive. The flowers were nothing like the picture. I could have picked up a bunch of flowers in a supermarket for half the price and they would have been more impressive. Prestige were always my go to company to use but having seen the product that is received I am not sure I will use them again. I paid for a large bouquet.

I can honestly say in over 2 years, I have no complaints with flowers delivered to mainly my mother in law. My recent order to mum who was 85 sat & very pleased with prestige flowers as always.

I will not use this company again. They use third party couriers who delivered my order 2 days late, leaving the flowers outside a property after the intended recipient had gone on holiday. Prestige took no responsibility for their choice in courier and refused any liability. Be careful and read this in their terms and conditions.

I’m disgusted to be told today that the flowers I ordered on Thursday for delivery on Monday will not now be delivered until Tuesday. The flowers were a birthday present for my aunt for her 90th birthday. Will never use your service again.
