I bought a” large bunch” for my wife’s 60th Birthday. All I can say is, if this was the large bunch, I would hate to see the small version. One rose stem was cut in half, one rose was wilting, ( out of 5). It all smacked of accountants run this business. You get the absolute minimum for your money.

One bunch (Blue Lillies)seemed to have been dyed with colour and has dripped blue onto surfaces! The sunflowers that went a recently widowed lady with no internet, never opened and bloomed sadly. When I responded to your ‘How do we do?’ Email you asked for pictures. I said there would be a delay. As soon as I sent the pictures you emailed me back to say the time had expired. I didn’t reach out to you, you initiated the contact. Poor handling of a repeat customer who will not return. Georgia has issues. I can’t rate your customer service below nor choose that my communication was by email. Nor add the images. Shocking example of how customer service is long gone in our once high trust society!

Delivery was fast and easy not all flower companies offernext day delivery which is a real plus. Beautiful flowers with a wide range of assortments and prices for each budget. My gran loved them.

Not happy with customer service I ordered flowers bouqu from them bat when my flowers arrived it was heartbreaking I call the customer service they r saying we can’t do anything I pay 55 pounds for the sh*****

Shocking for the price, I selected the large option and can only assume it was for larger stems as I would not like to think what a small bouquet would have consisted of if this was not the case. Also I am conveniently unable to upload a photo of the bouquet recieved.

Booked for delivery next day, no info saying might not be possible… then just royal mail confirmation saying it was at a sorting office. 2nd bad experience. Tried again this time given benefit of the doubt. Will not recommend again:

After lots of confusion, on my part!, about a recent delivery and recipient recently changing address to a nursing home; Prestige Flowers more than excelled their efforts in sending out more flowers to a much deserving 94 year old. Very grateful to you all. They were beautiful.

Sent flowers to Germany a few years ago they where gorgeous, reliable and on time,I was so pleased the lady received them,and so far away,so using Prestige again for my surprise bouquet 70th to my good friend, and a brilliant idea to have a free recorded message,not heard of this before, such a lovely touch
