I have used Prestige for years. I cannot fault them. Absolute perfection on all flowers sent. I think I had 1 problem but that wasn't their fault. Postal strike. They still helped the problem. I love Prestige 💐 x

Flowers were not delivered by Royal Mail despite saying they had, and photographing a different house as proof. Please use a different delivery method in future. As you know I am a regular customer but will not order from you until I know Royal Mail are not the courier. So as my recipient is flowerless I would like a refund please

Order placed and 4 days later, Still not delivered. Despite being promised, and paying for, next day delivery. Also. They use Royal Mail so not the quickest of services all the time. Apparently they cannot get an item to the right place (slight issue with the postcode). Even if the vast majority of the address is correct. Will never use again. Customer service not particularly helpful either. Their advice? Phone Royal Mail. Sorry but the “contract” I entered in to was with prestige flowers. You sought unsatisfactory service from Royal Mail. So beautiful flowers sitting dying in some sorting room somewhere for days and the intended recipients of the flowers will not have my condolences upon the loss of their beloved pet. Steer clear and use a better service. Stay local!

Our delivery arrived late afternoon today 6th Sept, the carton was damaged (mentioned to the driver who said it was just in the warehouse) the quality of the flowers is poor and bears no relation to your sales display, this is so disappointing and not acceptable, I will not be continuing with my account with your company, your system will not allow me to issue pictures

Hello I am very disappointed to see that the flowers i ordered were not of the same size i asked for. under the sale of goods act products purchased legally must be as described and fit for purpose. and this was not as pictured on your website. It is clearly a smaller size. Mrs Johnson

Never use again Ordered before 10pm Wednesday didn't turn up till Friday. Roses looking dead Carnation mouldy and one head snapped. They don't answer emails. Would definitely not use again. Look at photos to see what cost me over £40.

I ordered the flowers to be sent to myself by mistake … but contacted prestige to reorder asking for a discount having owned up to my error but was told that there was no offer of any discount .. so I’ll re order from another company

Apparently this is what £40 gets you. Not even remotely close to the example shown on the website. Mostly leaves and a fraction of the size which was expected. The only thing that came as advertised was the before 1pm delivery. I'm really not one to complain or write reviews, but I'm incredibly unhappy with what was supposed to be a nice birthday surprise for my wife. A huge let down.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday . They were not at home and so royal mail are attempting to deliver tomorrow. Using a courier that does not just leave on the doorstep or with a neighbour so you don't get your flowers in the right day is poor customer service. When I rang up to get the order cancelled so I could try again I was told no refunds . Very poor

If you live in Scotland don’t use this company as all areas are classified as hard to reach. I ordered flowers in plenty of time for my friends birthday, the flowers arrived the following day but, only after Royal Mail said they had attempted delivery that no one as in, which was untrue, no card left. My friends husband had to go to delivery office to get them. Totally unsatisfactory. Customer Services were very unhelpful and follow a very strict t @ c did you read it. Stay clear.

Terrible service. Birthday Flowers attempted for delivery at 7pm on a Thursday Royal Mail offered only Monday as next date Prestige customer service. Not interested. Do not use this outfit. They are not interested in the customer.
