Don't bother with this company 3 times I have had late flower deliveries now and the flowers arrive half dead, I will definitely not be using them again!!!

My brother ordered flowers to be delivered to me on my birthday 6th January. The flowers were not delivered, after a few days he requested a refund which was refused, he was told it was up to me to request a refund from royal mail. How can a person being sent a surprise gift know the gift has not arrived? Today 14th January the flowers were delivered in a very poor state see photographs. This is appalling customer service and indeed a breach of the supply of goods and services act 1982,the sale and supply of goods act 1994 and the consumer right act of 2015. Under these laws my brother is entitled to a full refund and even compensation. No surprise there is a problem with uploading my photos to this review.

Like so many of the reviews here say, DO NOT BUY! I wish i had looked at reviews before ordering. I made the order saturday evening under the guide it was NEXT DAY delivery only to be told it will be delivered monday and when they did arrive the bloom is more foilage, VERYT little flower. The leaves are crispy on the ends and have curled. They sent a bunch of partly dead/dieing leafs on sticks and wilting/floppy roses. There are 4 roses and they all look as sorry for themselves as the last! This has been an outrage! I want my money back! DISGUSTING!!

DO NOT USE!! purchased a bouquet of Roses and Lillys for a birthday and what I received was a scruffy bunch of flowers. I requested a refund and was told there's nothing wrong with them. The Roses were rotting the lillys were dying and for £30 I received 4 Roses and 3 Lillys! I will NEVER again and will make sure to tell all my family and friends as well a post on all social media sites just how bad this company are! O what a surprise I cannot upload any pictures!!

Terrible experience. Ordered a bouquet of flowers with a personalised card. Added the personalised card to the basket, paid for both card and flows and sent. Sent an email to the company to check that the card had been added and that they shouldn't send the flowers without the card. Turns out there was a technical error (which they won't admit to) and the flowers were sent without the card. Now someone whose husband has just died is going to receive a bunch of flowers without any note or explanation. I called them to try to resolve this or ask for a refund but they just blamed me for making the "error" on their website. I've just replicated the bug with another test order, and the custom card wasn't added to the basket, so I know it wasn't my fault. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but this is a lie. "Occasionally, mistakes happen, and if our service falls short, we take it personally. While we're human and errors can occur, we strive to get things right the first time. Your satisfaction is crucial to us, and we appreciate your feedback to continually improve." They did nothing to try to help resolve this. Avoid.

Ordered birthday flowers for a special friend, paid around £45 including delivery and extra £10 for large bouquet of flowers. Arrived in bad condition and some of the flowers were dead looking. Wrong flowers sent and wrong size. Really upset by this once I find out the flowers were awful looking. This was my first experience in buying from this company, never will recommend it. Wasted my money on rubbish. I wish I read all the reviews first.

Friday 10th January I purchased a £40 Pink Lily and Rose bouquet for next day delivery, also adding an extra £5 to upgrade it to ‘medium sized’. Upon receiving it at 17:00 the next day I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The bouquet consisted of two ‘roebelini’, 6 roses and two stems of lily buds. The roses were brown on each petal and was told this was the petal guard. A petal guard is the outer petal – NOT every petal. These were in bad condition. After providing photographic evidence I was continuously told the bouquet met their quality standards. When asking why they were falsely advertising their bouquets I was repeatedly ignored. The photo used for advertising is edited and extremely misleading but Prestige Flowers continue to stand by this and be patronising towards paying customers. They have continued to ignore the complaints in my email and are confidently accepting that the bouquet I received meets their standard. Prestige Flowers are refusing to refund my payment even though I am legally entitled to receive a refund if I have purchased an item that is not as described. As far as I am concerned, this company is a complete scam.

What can I say? Next day delivery....not. ordered on 8th Jan, now 13th Jan and Royal Mail tracking is still stating they ate expecting them! By the time they turn up they'll be beyond recovery. If you're looking for customer service avoid these at all costs. I've contacted them three times, platitudes but no offer of a refund! Their site should say if you're lucky delivery will be as and when. Angry and disappointed customer and certainly won't be recommending to anyone.

I ordered some roses for my wife for our Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately when they arrived the heads of some of the roses were already drooping. I emailed customer service along with pictures who only gave recommendations on how to care for the flowers, which my wife had already done and said there was nothing wrong with the quality of the roses. They asked me see how they were after 3 days and then let them know, which I have done along with pictures showing that the flowers are past saving. They replied and said we acknowledge that there is a slight quality issue with the bouquet and that they take quality control very seriously, and we assure you that we will investigate this matter thoroughly to prevent any recurrence in the future. As a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction, we would like to offer you £10 credit to be applied to your online account with us. After spending over £50 on the roses I definitely will not be using them again as I can get better quality roses which last over a week else where. I would not recommend using them especially if you want good quality flowers for a special occasion.

Arranged for flowers to be delivered Friday 10th January. As per website it states order before 6pm and flowers will be delivered next day - they finally turned up today - dead. Had no water for 5 days so wouldn't expect anything less. £50.00 wasted. Never again will I use this company, just being completely fobbed off by them

Flowers left on floor outside reception door. She didnt even know they had been delivered. Bouquet delivered nothing like the one I selected and looked like half the Flowers were missing. Also the card with message I wrote wasn't included. Would never use these again.

Have been using Prestige flowers to send flowers to my mum in UK from Canada for 3 years and receny found out she was disapointed but didn't want to say anything. I actually was visiting this Xmas and saw what was delivered for Xmas and the flowers looked really sad and not worth the money.

Poor quality flowers. I have had to go out and buy other flowers from Morrisons. I have put picture side by side one cost £35 and one cost £15. I will let you decide what one. Tbf they were due to be delivered 12th jan, but got email from Royal Mail, to say will be delivered 14th. Staff did sort it and were delivered on 12th jan as requested. But would not use them again as flowers do not match what is advertised on website, very over priced for what you get and better going to supermarket.
