Yeah the bouquet is nice but for 37 pounds this does not seem like a large bouquet to me more like a medium

I've used prestige flowers a few times now for various events from fathers day and birthdays to just treating my girlfriend, always good condition beautiful flowers delivered exactly when they are due, very happy so far.

Flowers delivered a day late very poor condition. Were left on doorstep in a box on second day.said try to deliver previous day. As I’m Housebound they couldn’t have tried very hardtried to post photo and it said not delivered email address wrong

I had no problems with Prestige Flowers, however the delivery was very disappointing, after Royal Mail sending a delivery schedule confirming delivery on the scheduled date, it was not delivered, they then sent another email with delivery date a day later, this is not good for your business especially for international customers, I'm hoping this issue will be resolved for any future orders, as I have always been satisfied with any orders I have sent, again, no problems with previous orders, but disappointed with delivery. Yet again let down by this Company. The gift I ordered for my August for her 95th Birthday as I could be with her was due for delivery on the 12th June the day of her Birthday. I added a birthday Cake to the order!! Message the day of her Birthday to say the parcel had gone to Bath and not Bradford on Avon and it would be re-directed. Nothing arrived yesterday and it has finally arrived today and in what state it will be as fresh flowers I don't know. Really isn't the impact I wanted for her Birthday as she as on her own. A cake and card two days after her Milestone Birthday is not really acceptable. Perhaps this will be the final time I use this company and return to Bunches !! Nearly £50.00 a disappointing result. PS: Prestige were quick enough to make a sales call to me the following day as they saw my purchase was from a business address trying to sell me more services for my business !!

Very disappointed. Blooms were not great, probably because they were delivered 24 late. 6 roses 1 lily stem, that was supposed ro be medium size £28 certainly not worth it. £15 supermarket bouquet is superior. Box also damaged

Absolutely appalling service!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! Not only do you not receive what you actually purchase, but you also do not receive your flowers on the agreed time slot either. Resulting in a very upset birthday lady who's special birthday was ruined by your pathetic bunch of weeds that eventually turned up. Also, if you expect a refund you will also be very disappointed as well. We were offered £15 back which honestly was an insult.

I have used Prestige flowers for several years. Previously I found the site much MUCH easier to navigate. This time it seemed a lot more similar to other flower companies (that I avoid doing business with) that continually try to sell more junk, and tack on fees at every turn. The process to order this time was much more confusing due to all of the extra "stuff" on the page and confusing placement. At one point I did not realize that I had somehow duplicated my order! "Sign in" was weird - as it now asks Google, facebook etc... Check out final pricing was continually moved around in different colour backgrounds, and felt a little unclear as to my final costs would be. Basically I found the site super cluttered and poorly organized. I am sincerely hoping that the actual flowers will be the same high quality that I have come to rely on, and that keeps me ordering from Prestige.

Not happy at all with the bunch of flowers I received. Payed the same price elsewhere and got a much bigger and better bunch. Never will I use prestige flowers again

Flowers Wasn't delivered on time turned in up a day late ,and worse thing was they were for my wife it was our 25 wedding anniversary and flowers were not what I was promised

I've attached the photo. If you can see it do you think it is fair price of nearly £40? I doubt. I sent the bouquet for my friend's birthday and actually felt embarrassed when she sent me a picture. Not so happy with what you advertised and what people actually get. I understand that peonies will open and look bigger, but still there are only 5-6 flowers and i ordered biggest size of the peonies bouquet.

I ordered the cheese and wine basket for my Dad for Fathers Day. I was disappointed when it arrived. Nothing was damaged which was good but the items did not fit in the basket. Not only that, the wine bottle is small. For the money I could have done all this myself, with a basket that fits all items, for a lot cheaper. Don't waste your money.
