I bought these flowers for my sister's birthday because the present I'd ordered wasn't going to arrive in time. I paid extra for next day delivery which I have to say Royal Mail did deliver them on a Sunday on the expected day so no complaints about delivery but the flowers were not very good quality they were brown and wilted by the next day not what I'd expect for 2 day old flowers.

I sent flowers to a close relative on the passing of her father. Since I sent them from Australia to the UK I was dependent on a reputable company fulfilling my order correctly. The flowers arrived a day late, and although I paid for a larger bouquet the bouquet was very small. Also the bouquet was mostly a different colour to that depicted which is important when sending flowers for a bereavement. I feel that this company makes a lot of money from those who are unable to have their complaints dealt with appropriately. Pity I didn't read the reviews first.

Flowers arrived a day late and in a poor state - not impressed, definitely not “Prestige”, would not recommend or order from Prestige Flowers again.

I ordered £61.97 worth of flowers that when arrived over a week later were dead. I am extremely annoyed as this ruined my whole Christmas. The roses were supposed to had arrived Christmas Eve. No mention of a refund or even an apology, robbery comes to mind - DON’T ORDER from Prestige flowers and keep your hard earned money. I have no choice but to give a star otherwise I’d give no star

The flowers Prestige sent were mostly dead within 24 hours. The companies response to my complaint elicited a derisory credit. Do not use this company if you do not wish to be embarrassed when the recipient instead of thanking you has to complain that you have sent them a bunch of dead flowers.

Ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday spent over £60 when it arrived I was very dissapointed what I got was not worth what I paid for even my wife was not satisfied ,definitely not gonna order from them again

Not honest, they have delivered smaller plat with less flowers and not in the same planter pot as described and advertised on their website. It’s clearly they have delivered a cheaper range product per their website, but denied it constantly. I won’t go back for any future purchase.

Flowers looked nothing like the bouquet from the photos. I purchased the larger size and it looks like barely a handful in the vase. A roundabout has a better selection of flowers. Not worth £30+.

Absolutely disgusted! My 94 year old aunty never received her flowers on her birthday and they blame the courier. There are plenty of places to leave a card or other apartments. I will NOT use this company again or recommend them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DON’T ORDER IF YOU DON’T want to ruin surprise! They should do something else in their life, but not flowers! I ordered the flowers package for my mum’s birthday and it arrived 3 DAYS LATER! And there was no support and no one had idea where is the flowers! And no option to have a refund or cancel the order too! Unbelievable! After all the flowers plant was not matching the image too! Poor plant, not presentable for gift! DONT recommend! Such a shame! Never had such an experience!

Flowers were meant for my birthday but were delivered late even though next day delivery had been paid for. This was chased by the sender.Some of the flowers were dying, turning brown and the flower heads were falling off. Very poor service and quality of flowers

pathetic morons sent wrong date, refused to alter delivery date when i tried .their online page is rubbish. plenty other better suppliers.AVOID THESE AWFUL PEOPLE!!!!

Used Prestige Flowers to send bouquet back to the UK from NZ. Not only did they send the wrong one once, but twice!!! What they sent was nothing like the one ordered..wrong colour's and flowers. Whilst the flowers were nice, I do not appreciate paying for something and then the recipient not getting it ! Their response? You just need toilet the buds open.. funny as the colour was wrong and there were hardly any buds in the bouquet to wait to open. Will never use Prestige Flowers again.

I have ordered flowers online twice, and each time they have arrived with dead flowers amongst the rest. First time I was refunded and had an apology email saying that they hope they can give a better experience the next time. That definitely didn’t happen, no matter what you pay you don’t get anything any better unfortunately. Do not use this company
