Ordered flowers to say a huge thank you to someone. Royal mail failed to deliver flowers. They said they would try & deliver on next working day. Then a week later royal mail sent me an email reminder to collect the parcel as they didn't deliver the flowers. I'm £30 out of pocket & my flowers never got delivered. I've not to get compensation. I will never use Prestige Flowers again. Why are they using Royal Mail? Hopeless

Very disappointed! I ordered flowers in large size and they looked very small. Not worth the money i paid for. I will never order again through this company. If I knew that the flowers will be so small I would never pay what i paid. Total rip off! I am so disappointed!!!!!

The site appears comprehensive, but as you work through it, certain things aren't very clear and you have to guess what you need to do and what to input.

After ordering on Wednesday, I needed flowers to be delivered by Thursday, but when they finally arrived on Saturday, all were completely dead. Will not be using again.

I ordered some flowers for my sister’s wedding which is today. They should have been delivered by 1200 this morning. As at 5.30 pm still not delivered. Terrible service. So dissappointed. Tried to contact Prestige but no one there until Monday.

This must be the worst bouquet that I have ever received. Just been across to my daughters as I bought them for her 44th birthday, what a disappointment. If I had received, I would have binned them straight away. Look days old. Incredibly disappointed. I expect my money back, or I shall be writing the same comments on Facebook and x. First time I tried your company and I could have cried. If there was a star less than 1 I would have given it to you. I do know that a lot of reviews are false which is why I don’t Normally give them. Delivery was fine. I just got the impression when I was ordering that you were pushing me to spend more and more money, capitalisation will be the downfall of the west in the next 5 years. all I wanted was a beautiful bouquet for my daughter’s birthday. I will have to now order her another one from . somewhere else. ’

I have used this website many times to send flowers, mainly to my mother. It is super easy to follow and has a wide range of flowers and gifts to suit all budgets. They have always delivered on the date specified and I have never had any problems. I would highly recomend.

Avoid Prestige Flowers at all costs. Find another way to send sentimental thoughts to a friend or family member or you will be so disappointed with not only the flowers but their response to your complaint. A family member sent me flowers to thank me for organising a special family event. Three of the flowers were dead on arrival & the rest lasted no more than three days but I was not able to report this to PF within their apparent three day timescale. I have tried continuously to ask them to send me a replacement bouquet but they have refused, offering only a £10 voucher - towards a purchase, I wouldn’t send their flowers to my worst enemy. Atrocious product & atrocious customer service - AVOID AVOID AVOID

3rd time our household have had flowers from this company - they always die within a few days! I am very careful to follow the care instructions and can keep flowers from supermarket for 4 weeks or more. Their customer service is shocking and says issues must be reported within 3 days - they clearly don’t expect their flowers to last otherwise it would be at least a week or 10 days (usually guaranteed by supermarkets) I will be urging people I know to go for a better quality and more reasonably priced alternative Such a shame when people use their hard earned mo ey to send someone a gift at a sad time and is poor quality (which they would t know) Photo 5 days after delivery - flowers vases immediately after delivery and kept in a cooler too - surprise surprise it can’t be uploaded!!

I sent these to my friend when she got home from an operation. To say these were £25 I'm absolutely disgusted, it looks like 1 bunch of flowers at 2.99. They look awful and not worth the money spent. My friend is in shock

The pathetic weeds arrived looking like you just took 'em orf somebody's grave at a cemetery a week ago. shabby flowers 💐. Looks like Postman Pat had them in his van for half the day. 😞 Mr Bean couldn't have done a worse job.

Order number 8115716. My best friend ordered a bouquet for my mum 70th birthday and when she opened up the box. 3/4 of the white flowers were brown and dead. I emailed via twitter straight away and informed this company. Fast forward to now and apparently a manager has decided there’s nothing they can do. Shocking service. My best friend was gutted so ended up buying from elsewhere to replace the dead ones and they’ve lasted 3 days now. Things go wrong, I/we accept that but it’s what a company does to rectify the situation that matters. Prestige offered another bouquet but my mum doesn’t want another bunch of dead flowers to deal with. A full refund has been requested but the company doesn’t seem to think that’s acceptable. Shocking flowers with even more shocking CS. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered some flowers on behalf of myself and 5 friends to be sent to France 6 days later. When I checked the status of my order I saw it said cancelled! After a live chat I was told that I was emailed the previous day! I did NOT receive an email!! We wanted the flowers to be delivered specifically on 2/8/24 but now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. When I should have been advised when I placed the order that you don’t deliver to France!! I am so disappointed in this company that I will not use again!!

Made an order on Sunday for delivery in Devon on Tuesday. I received a prompt confirmation. Then next day because ordering from France the order was flagged. I replied to the email with information to prove I don’t know what! Sent further emails no reply. Called and finally the flowers were delivered on Thursday in the meantime my aunt who was the recipient died on Wednesday. I will never use this company again. Have had no apologies or email except promos that keep on coming…

Abit disappointed with flowers, looked withered and when asked about it on their live chat they advised to remove the petals. I have ordered flowers from other companies and never had this issue. Even with the worse ones removed still does not resemble what was shown on website. Good note delivery was fast.

Hello my flowers have just came.i ordered the August flowers for my sister as a,present from my mum @ Dad who have both passed over. As yellow and purple were they flavour colour. They was only one purple rose I went up to a med bouquet as well.I am very disappointed.
