Terrible 😣 Delivered on 3rd day despite advertising next day. Very poor response from customer services when I asked where they were, saying they used a third party courier and it wasn’t their responsibility for delivery 😡 Flowers arrived in poor condition half dead! Really angry as they were for a special occasion and if they were clear about their delivery would have gone somewhere else. AVOID if you want flowers delivered in good condition on a special day!!

The bouquet ordered looks nothing like the bouquet sent. Very disappointed. Was not worth the money spent 😢

I received a bunch of flowers for my birthday & they only lasted 3 days. Shocking for the amount. Best staying with asda they last for 10 + days

I ordered these for my sister-in-law as she was finally home from hosp after having brain surgery, and I've never felt so embarrassed. They are nothing like what I ordered. If I'd bought the cheaper ones I might not be that bothered but for £35, I expected better

One star is for delivery ,Flowers nearly dead roses brown i am a florist and i would never send anything like that out to my customers they were sent to me following a bereavement, despite complaining and sending photo nothing was done about complaint ,if you want fresh flowers DO NOT USE PRESTIGE FLOWERS

Apparently N. Ireland and Scotland are considered by Prestige to be difficult to deliver to. My last two deliveries have been late and my current one still has not had delivery confirmed, even though I placed the order almost two weeks in advance. I don't consider it my job to understand their delivery process but it would appear that they do not consider it their job either, nor do they seem to care that our heart felt gifts arrive a day or two later than intended.

Wrong flowers delivered I ordered a medium orange bouquet and have been sent a small pink bouquet, certainly not worth the money very disappointed

Ordered a hamper and flowers to be delivered for a special birthday. Tried to phone customer services and the number doesn't exist. Do not order from here it is a scam!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday, but they weren't delivered on time. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I won't be using their services again and don't recommend them.

Website originally allowed me to choose and edit a card. Stated it was added to the order (Paris). Chose a delivery date and accepted T&C's. Then website refused to allow me to proceed to payment. After refreshing the website that option was no longer showing. A plain (unwanted) message had to be added. Very disappointing.

Not happy with the order at all, have been sent a picture from the recipient and they look very mediocre. For the price I have paid they are no more than a £10 bunch of flowers from the supermarket. Very small and cheap looking. Wont be purchasing in future will use a small local florist.
