I ordered a bouquet of rose and lily for my mother's birthday and was absolutely disgusted with the size of the bouquet for what i had spent on them. They cost me £30 and the bunch she recieved from my sister bought from tesco were absolutely stunning in comparison to the bunch I had ordered that looked like they would be worth £5 from tesco. I only wish I had read the reviews on here before even touching this company. They are of no help whatsoever ever with there automated emails back and forth. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all.very very poor show!!! Don't waste your money ! I can't ever upload a picture of them as the Web page won't allow. What a surprise !

Do not use!! Please do not use this service as they will never deliver it. It was delayed and not only did they not try to actually send it again, they refused to refund it. The customer service is pathetic and will waste your time, they even tried to square with me on the refund. Do not go through this hassle of experience! Just do not go for them.

DO not use This company uses Royal mail to deliver and they are as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Flowers are still not there and royal mail have said they are proof of delivery is a pic of boxes in warehouse. Rubbish

2024104]: order 8208746... I wanted flowers to be delivered on my Mums Birthday, was told by customers service that for remote places like Scotland I should have allowed for an extra day to deliver. Not sure what the order will look like once delivered. |I should have read the reviews, first and last order I will place with Prestige Flowers. STAY CLEAR is clearly the message.

Completely difrent and they dont give free chocolate like was described even dobt was my anniversary message .I am really disappointed as Price is was high for that flowers .

Please read all the negative reviews before purchasing flowers from Prestige Flowers, I wish I had. I ordered the £50 “National Gallery” Monet bouquet along with chocolates so over £60 in total, yet the flowers my mum received for her birthday were so bad they were outclassed in every way possible by an £8 basic bunch my brother bought her from Tescos and while my flowers had entirely wilted within 3 days and had all turned brown and died within 5 the Tesco bunch are still entirely fresh and beautiful 2 weeks later. I contacted customer services within 5 days and sent photos with time stamps only to be met with unhelpful and uncaring customer service firstly telling me nothing could be done as it was over 3 days!! Then offering me a £10 credit note and after many more emails exchanged an offer of a replacement bouquet. Obviously I do not want a replacement bouquet the flowers arrived fresh but were the sorriest looking £50 bouquet I’ve ever seen and my infant son could have put a better arrangement together from the garden, they weren’t even arranged just clumped together by an uncaring and definitely not a florists hand, so neither myself nor my mum wants another bunch that will only die within 3 days but thus far have not been offered a refund even though their 100% satisfaction guarantee states that a refund or replacement is entirely at their discretion meaning that customer service agent could choose to refund it if she seen fit to. Delivery was amazing, arrived next day delivery as arranged but please, if you care about the person you're sending flowers to, go with another florist as Prestige Flowers clearly don’t care about their flowers, customers nor their recipients. I’m contacting trading standards

I have just received what was supposed to be the LARGE bouquet of roses and Lillie’s for a friend who is retiring today for which I paid over £40 and I am looking at a bunch of flowers that could have come from a supermarket! They are already wilting and the leaves have holes in them! I cannot say how dissatisfied I am and embarrassed that I have to give them to my colleague. I also tried to send photo evidence of them but the system won’t let me 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately the delivered roses in the bouquet only lasted 4 days. Flowers were a birthday gift for my 88 year old mum. This isn’t acceptable, especially as my 90 year old dad bought her a bouquet from another company and they’re still looking fresh.

Paid £6 for next day delivery, still haven’t turned up, my partner and I expecting a baby and I wanted a nice gesture to say how much she is appreciated whilst she’s off work and they don’t even turn up!

ordered flowers for my granddaughters 18th birthday have spent the afternoon trying to get through gave them order number etc in chat room said they couldnt understand ithink i was talking to a robot they said they would get contact but trying their telephone number etc have had no satisfaction would not recommend this company to anyone be careful everyone!!!!

I ordered the pink Lillie's and roses on Friday afternoon for delivery on Sat. Never used this company before and was slightly cautious after reading some of the reviews, however I had an email the Friday evening saying flowers would be delivered by Royal mail the following morning, with an expected 2 hrs slot. The flowers arrived well within that time frame and the recipient was extremely happy with them. I was slightly worried when I saw the photo as could only see cream roses and green foliage, however as I looked closer the pink lillies were all still in bud, so although it didn't look like the pic on the website, they will hopefully last longer once bloomed. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and would use this company again.

Terrible - do not use! Booked a delivery of a bouquet with an additional £10 delivery charge for a delivery for a birthday overseas. They didn’t deliver on the day. They then tried to deliver the next day and no one was at home and instead of leaving them (they live out in the countryside) I get an email saying they can’t deliver and further info will be sent where to collect. It wasn’t until another 24 hours later I get an email that it needed to be collected at a shop in the nearby village (a drive away). I contacted prestige three times during this time to get updates and they couldn’t give me any information and all they said was that delivery’s are not guaranteed and can come up to three days after the date. What is the point in selecting a date then?! One of the agents also had the audacity to say that was our fault no one was in to collect. I explained that it wasn’t delivered the day that it was meant to be - and people have lives rather than sitting in all day waiting for a delivery that may or may not come and with no indication on timings at all. When the flowers were picked up they are completely different to what I ordered - pink not purple and full of cheap looking flowers, no thistle, flowers buds falling off and dead leaves. Definitely not worth what I paid for them. I also saw they were sent from another country. Having sent images through the customer services has offered a £15 credit - what a joke! Have tried for more and they just say to go through my credit company and they will dispute it anyway, they’re obviously used to having complaints! What terrible customer service..

Very bad quality flowers. They were for my 20th anniversary and pictures showed a full bunch of flowers, I even paid £5 additional for more flower. But when I received the bunch was so weak that I could literally count the number of flowers there. There flowers were so small and weak, and some were not even open yet. I was so disappointed and my wife was not impressed at all. This almost spoiled my important anniversary. I attached the advertisement picture and photo of my flowers. You could see how appalling it was.
