AS OTHERS HAVE SAID DO NOT USE !!! Spent £55 on flowers that on their website looked lovely ( paid extra for large ) what was delivered I could have got for £10 at the petrol garage when I emailed to complain they had zero interest in offering an resolution other than let them bloom in 3 days ….. they’re a gift for tomorrow and won’t be given as they’re embarrassing. Awful flowers , even worse customer service !!

Ordered 4 days before specified delivery date for someone’s birthday and received Royal Mail tracking info saying they wouldn’t be delivered until a day later. Paid £65 for an arrangement that will have been without water for 2 days by the time they arrive, plus £5.99 for Royal Mail 24-hr tracked. Contacted customer services who proceeded to share the small print from their website, abdicating all responsibility for deliveries to ‘hard to reach places’. Reader, I live in a commuter town 13 miles south of Glasgow. Won’t use again.

I wanted to send flowers for a birthday surprise, when they arrived the roses were already dying. My sister-in-law contacted Prestige direct as she wanted to save me from the embarassment of the poor selection of flowers. Certainly Prestige sent another bouquet but again the roses were past their best and drooping, not able to open. I would like to ask for a refund as two bouquets failed to live up to your publicity claims and photos.

I found the website firn for choosing what to send, but fromthere on it was not clear how to get orderto the basket. Then get confronted with rabgr of additions plus deliver chareg. The checkout system was weird and confusing.

the flowers came the next day which is amazing but they were the complete wrong ones,i ordered the pink lily and roses but white roses came instead!

Ordered flowers chocolates and a card for my Moms birthday, roses and lily's bouquet. The card was chosen with a photo upload and they didn't even bother to add it in the delivery. Unfortunately mom had no birthday card from us, just the sad flowers and a very small box of chocolates!! Not worth the money, and the lack of customer care just shows they're not bothered. At least fulfil an order and check the final details before sending out, that way you get less disappointed customers!! When I emailed customer service, wa offered £3.99 as a token and applied to my account!! Needless to say won't use you again, there is better out there.

The flowers delivered vs the display pictures, are absolutely pathetic (I hope you can the photo comparison). These were for a funeral, to pass on my condolences, and honestly it’s got half-arsed written all over it. I feel so embarrassed. £30 for that? Do me a favour.

Wanted a last minute thankyou gift for my parents who looked after my baby as I was really poorly. Ordered Saturday midday for Sunday and paid for 'Next Day Nominated Day delivery' for the Sunday. It's now Tuesday PM and still no sign. Try to resolve with customer service who aren't bothered, refused even a partial refund and tell you the £5.99 is for standard delivery, not what they advertise. Gutted to be honest. Tracking system hasn't been updated for over 2 days so no idea where the flowers even are but I am guessing they won't be in a condition worth £30..

I ordered a large bunch for my wife, what came through the post was disgusting and you could pick up a lot cheaper elsewhere, the flowers looked half dead and very cheap. I had waited but was really disappointed and won't be using this company again
