I ordered 2 bouquets to send to my mother in law as she had just lost her husband. One was designed to be from my own mum. I ordered one medium sized and one large which came to a total of £85. I've seen pictures of the flowers that arrived, and to be honest, I'm so disappointed! They are not representative of what I saw on the website. They did arrive on the day suggested. For the price though, I'm disheartened and now feel so sad and somewhat embarrassed.

Purchased a luxury rose plant for Valentines. Within the first week it was dead!! Never bloomed, however all Prestige can say is “you should’ve reported it within 3 days of purchase”. After using this company for a good few years, never again.

Flowers ordered 28/02/2025 - delivered 01/03/2025 and looked dead by 03/03/2025. No comparison to beautiful bouquet delivered by local florist to my poorly niece on the same day which is still looking fabulous. :-(

Paid for large. Different from medium to large was 10 pounds. Got 1 Lilly 1 rose more. Paid for delivery before 1pm and got them middle of the afternoon. Not value for money and poor service - first time I have used them and will be the last - shop elsewhere!!!

Delivered late Sunday afternoon not happy with the flowers for the money spent Lillie’s have still not bloomed roses look sorry for theirselves . A refund for them would be appropriate . These were sent to my daughter for her birthday

Do not use this company! Flowers were a day later than my delivery date in order form.. Paid an extra £10 for a larger bunch. Paid £46 and very small bunch, only about 12 flowers. Save your money and buy a supermarket bunch. Customer service was a waste of time, read the same statement to any of my questions. Avoid this company. I feel very ripped off.

From reading reviews have had a similar issues, the flowers have not been delivered due to the delivery man not even giving me a chance to get down the stairs. There has been no information given about where the flowers are now. Nobody will help and all I am getting from customer service is consumer laws back and forth from which is ridiculous. When flowers are used in sensitive situations I just think the bare minimum should be the provider can do their job and deliver the flowers.

Your website needs to be more user friendly. There is alot going on, too much text, very cramped, confusing and needs cleaning up. Otherwise a pretty good range and competitive prices.

Avoid this company I spent £56 and paid £10 extra for a large bunch of flowers, they were so small and of really bad quality. Save money and get some from the supermarket. Customer service was awful and just said what we got was the large flowers, I'd hate to have received the medium!

Big problem with the delivery. Royal Mail have tried to deliver the flowers twice. My sister was out at the shops. Royal Mail failed to leave an info card. I am now left in the position of trying to get my sister to go to Royal Mail with no delivery card to try and get her flowers! She is guessing which delivery office to go to.This was meant to be a birthday surprise! I’m so embarrassed . NEVER AGAIN. Flowers will be dead by the time I try and sort this whole mess out!

Delivery meant for 1 March. Not delivered. Tracking not working. I emailed customer service with the order number but they still can’t find the order although they have my money and I have an email confirming the order. They keep sending the same email over and over again. I am getting nowhere with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Appalling service and it clearly is a regular occurrence given the reviews below.

After ordering once and being let down because they left a card with the price of the bouquet inside the box, I decided to order again, thinking that maybe this time they'll do a better job, just to be let down once again. The roses came wilted and the lillies were not bloomed, the whole bouquet died after just 2 days and it was taken care of properly, safe to say i'll not make the same mistake again. Two photos were taken when it arrived, on the 1st of March, you can see that the petals are wilted, the other 3 photos are now, 2 days apart from the delivery, what a dissapointing experience this was... And another thing, the bouquet i ordered looks nothing like they advertised it, it can be clearly seen how it was supoposed to look on one of the photos.
