Always get my flowers from Prestige when I need flowers delivered.. my go to place past few years fantastic service and the flowers always last well 💐

Genuinely flabagasted by the fact this company have charged over £40 for a bunch of flowers and claim this is a large bunch!! This is the equivalent size to flowers I would buy for £10 in the supermarket. The images and false advertising of the sizes is absurd. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, will not be buying again and will ensure I tell as many people as possible to avoid this scam of a company.

At first we were very sad about the service we received. Now just can stop laughing at the sorry excuse that they sent over. In the words of my mother in law -“I wouldn’t pay £15 for them from the services “ 😂😂😂😂 customer services saw the pictures and said they looked fine 😂😂😂😂😂 so that’s that then 😂😂😂😂 obviously no choice but trading standards, so while the paper work is annoying I appreciate not everyone has the money to be able to laugh at being conned. They really should be ashamed- they are not even bothered. Watch them reply, tell me they are sorry I’m disappointed and then do absolutely nothing to rectify.

Very dissatisfied, I bought a gift set and when it was delivered 2 items where missing from the package. Called customer service and they told me that they are going to contact the packing company and tell the to send the rest of the items. Probably the workers don't understant that you try to make someone happy , when you offer a gift and when you don't receive the service you expect you feel bad. And it was no emphaty from the the person wich answered my phone...big company a lot of stars on Reviews but I don't think they are real.

It was the strangest experience I have ever had buying flowers. I ordered a £50 bouquet for my mother. Something happened with the website, meaning the address came up with my address and my mum's postcode. Found out from a message from royal mail - called to ask prestige for help, they said they would not do anything - not even call the carrier. Flowers arrived a day late to the wrong address. They are in a sorry state and not close to £50 - A few sad-looking carnations and a lilly. Customer services were delighted to tell me they would do nothing. The 100% customer service guarantee means less than nothing. When shown a picture, I was told they are the right size without asking for a measure or to be held against something for scale. When asked if the glitch with the address had happened before, I was told, no, never, which is a strange response off the bat without checking. Im guessing they have grown too quickly and cant handle the orders. Utterly bizzare

Ordered flowers for my girlfriends bday couple days in advance and paid extra for early delivery which I regret Because it arrived a day after her bday flowers looked lifeless also. False advertising if I ever saw one nothing ,,prestige,, about this company. Id love a refund instead of copy paste apology response as evidently you do nothing to fix the problem regarding previous reviews.

Tiny, tired set of flowers, just 12 stems. No plant food. Box stuffed full of advertising leaflets with card hidden beneath them all. Dreadful value

Really small ‘large’ bouquet. One of the flowers in the bunch already turning yellow and wilted. Two days later yellow roses dying and the whole bunch looks like it’s well over a week old. Very disappointing bouquet for a special birthday surprise. Not allowing me to upload photos of half dead roses which is annoying.

I paid for flower delivery from Prestige Flowers, but they use Royal Mail delivery and so only a narrow window for delivery. Flowers are sitting at the post office, dying, until my friend can arrange to collect them. Very disappointing experience wouldn't recommend!!

So disappointed with the flowers my sister received for her 65th birthday. Nothing like the picture advertised. What a poor show. Will never order from Prestige flowers again or recommend you to anyone

DO NOT BUY from this company. The quality of the flowers are shocking and the flowers have nearly died within 3 days. The flowers were late arriving, taking 3 days and not 24hrs. The customer service is shocking, have refused a refund and they blame you for not caring for the flowers when my 87 year old granny is an avid gardener and cares meticulously for her flowers. These were for her birthday and she received flowers from a well known grocery store from other people which are heads above the quality of Prestige flowers. I paid the extra for their biggest bunch nearly £60 and have been extremely disappointed with what was delivered. Please save your hard earned money and AVOID using these bandits. At least dick terpin wore a mask !!

Terrible, might as well give your money away. A lot of sorry comments but haven't improved and happy just to take peoples money. It's not always about the money, it's the moment you ruin for people.

Prestige flowers have been my go to for floral gifts for some time now. After using other highly recommended suppliers who could not achieve the quality and service I needed, Prestige was recommended to me and I have been so happy with their products and service I would recommend them to anyone who requires a professional business to deliver special arrangements that you can rely on.

This is my second time in the last 10 days of ordering flowers and gifts the sales girl was really very easy to speak to she helped me with my order she had a lot of patience and understanding and the website is easy to look at and there was plenty to choose from I'm very happy with prestige flowers I would give jess.v 10 stars if I could I am a very happy customer

Ordered flowers on the 2nd of September for delivery on the 9th for my girlfriend’s birthday. Only just arrived today (11/09) girlfriend left this morning for a business trip and isn’t back until Saturday, we then fly out on holiday on Sunday for a week. Complete waste of money and will never order from Prestige again.

Never again Prestige Flowers I have ordered with Prestige Flowers for delivery in London, to an address that I had already before sent flowers with Prestige Flowers. This time the flowers were not delivered because the address could not be found!!! After a few days I inquired with Prestige Flowers and was told that this was not their problem but that of the delivery company to which Prestige Flowers had outsourced the delivery. Upon my inquiry whether I would get a refund of the full £38.48 I was told that I could get £10!!! Conclusion: Prestige Flowers never delivered the flowers, not even with a delay, and refused to refund the money that they cashed in without fulfilling the contract. I cannot recommend anybody to use Prestige Flowers for the above reasons. Totally unreliable. I regret that I did not check out earlier reviews concerning Prestige Flowers but I could not imagine that any company would act in such a manner.
