The flowers were fine, much appreciated by my sister in law for her 60th birthday. However, the price you see is not the price you pay, beware of all the add ons, it works out cheaper to go with interflora.

I sent my friend the Rose’s and Lilly’s bouquet as a birthday present . It arrived on time ordered for next day delivery but the initial time frame was all wrong . Despite this the flowers in the boquet were very sparse and few nothing like the pictures indicated. Having looked at some of the other reviews after receiving the parcel it seems uniform for deliveries yesterday I will attach picture of the damaged and dying flowers I received. I am far from impressed by the service provided and disappointed after having spent a considerable amount of money on a product to have it not be fit for purpose. I would like something to be done about the quality of the products you are sending out and your images to show a try representation of what will be recieved also compensation in a way of a refund as what I recieved was not fit for purpose. I had hoped to be a returning customer however after that experience and without any guarantee this would improve I cannot see myself coming back to purchase again.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery for my friends retirement night on Saturday 30 December 2024 and was shocked to find out these were getting delivered by Royal Mail on Tuesday 2 December 2024 therefore they sat in their delivery office for over 4 days, without any water. I complained and was told my delivery charge would be refunded. Very poor and disappointing response. Fresh flowers is what I paid for and this is not what I got.

Due to the distance between our distribution centre and the delivery address, transit times can occasionally be longer, as noted on our website. Upon reviewing your order, I can confirm it was delivered on the 1st, with the flowers dispatched on the evening of the 29th. To ensure the bouquet stays fresh during its journey, we include an Aqua Pack/Liquid Gel. However, if there were any issues with the flowers upon arrival, please send us some images, and we’ll be happy to investigate this further for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Would not recommend them. The flowers I ordered were delivered to another person and the costumer service does not help with anything. They do not hold responsibility at all. Tried emailing them on the issue and no answer whatsoever. I feel very disappointed. Should have read the reviews before ordering.

Wish I had read the reviews, ordered for next day delivery, they did arrive but not until nearly 10pm. Paid extra for a larger bouquet of mixed lilies and roses - 2 lilies and 6 roses…. Pathetic, do not use this company

DO NOT USE THIS Vendor. Flowers were to be delivered 2 days ago, then date changed for 2 days later because I added a note about a,safe place. Flowers still not delivered and saying its in transport... If delivered the flowers will probably be dead. I would like a full refund. So I can get the flowers through a more reputable business whoever customer support treat their customers with the respect they deserve

Why offer next day delivery, when you can't honour it? Using a third party is not an excuse as I ordered before your deadline on a Monday, got confirmation it would arrive on Tuesday. They didn't reach royal mail until Tuesday. Flowers and candle didn't arrive until Thursday, by which stage my wife had left for a business trip. Flowers were ok, but the medium bunch pictured was equal/better than the larger bunch I ordered. Lesson learnt, buy local.

Hi, do not use prestige flowers, ordered flowers on line, had notification flowers had been delivered and left at front door, we were in the house at the time of the delivery and there were no flowers at door, checked tracking and proof of delivery photo, the photo showed boxed flowers at a front door only not mine. Phoned customer services, she checked tracking and said it’s been delivered, she didn’t believe that the front door was not mine, in the end she offered to re-send but could not guarantee they would get to my front door, I asked for refund and she said no, because the flowers had been delivered???? Asked to speak to supervisor and was told he had just stepped into a meeting. So to sum up customer services no help at all and trying to speak to a supervisor absolutely no chance always stepping into a meeting. Waiting to see if I get a phone call back to try and resolve issue. Waste of space!!!!!!

I uploaded pictures, what I ordered and what my friend got for her birthday!!! First of all, delivered not on the date been booked. One day later, but what I can see from the tracking been sent 3 days before been delivered.... An excuse that using third part company for deliver, it's not my problem, I want to get what I paid!!! P.s. some flower been thrown away as was damaged!!! So thanks for £56.48 disaster!!!! I would never will recommend this company!!!!!

Advertisement is very misleading. This gives he impression that it is local. It is not. I could not find any reference to flowers being delivered by Royal Mail. It is disappointing to find this out on the day of delivery with a delivery time of 7am to 7pm. If i had known this upfront, i would either choose same day or another florist that would deliver the day I wanted.
