Flowers look nothing like the photo used to choose them. I'm so dissapointed and embarressed and will never use this company again. The bunch received was pathetic to say the least. I also paid extra for the next size up but what was recieved couldn't even compare to the standard bunch. What a rip off. Save yourself the embaressment and buy from tesco

Flowers have not arrived even though I paid extra for delivery to be before 1pm ! Customer service an absolute joke telling me the courier was unable to deliver due to the property being unaccessible even though I sent a picture of the street i live on to show just how accessible it is they are refusing to re-emburse me Flowers were supposed to be a surprise birthday gift from my son to my partner! Absolute disgrace of a company will not take responsibility DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER £70 WASTED

You will see from my photos below why I was very disappointed with flowers that were supposed to cheer up my cousin who is going through a very hard time. She thanked me and I was so embarrassed that she will believe that the flowers she received were what I’d chosen.

For paying £70 for large binge of flowers. These are not large bunch and some are dead. Not happy. I will not be using this service again.

If I could give you 0, I would. Requested birthday flowers to be delivered on 17 July 2024. I then discover that they will not be delivered until today because I ordered after the cut-off time of 10pm. I was not made aware of this. Very disappointed. Offered £10 goodwill gesture - which I will not accept as I will not be ordering from this company again

SO DISAPPOINTED 😢 Read all the customer reviews and ordered a bouquet for my aunts birthday with next day delivery (as advertised) that was Monday(for delivery Tuesday)and now it’s Thursday and still no delivery, so totally missed her birthday . Emailed yesterday and no response ..DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !

Prestige Flowers are a very reliable and helpful ( when I muddle up my order!) service. Their next day delivery and website are simple to use and if I want to send additional gifts, there is a lovely choice of items. Flowers are in beautiful condition and reasonably priced. The saddest flowers i have ever seen arrived which were supposed to brighten a very special persons day Bruised and brown foliage, wilted petals, looks like they have had no care given to them from start to finish. Please avoid this florist and this company.

Ordered flowers for my partners birthday and they arrived a day late and half dead flowers as you can see from.my photos. I contacted prestige to which they offered £15 off next order all I wanted was replacement flowers which they refuse I will not be using their services again

I’m so pleased & happy with my experience with the Prestige Flowers, i placed the order on Monday the 16th of July to be delivered on Wednesday 17th of July, it was my first time to order something from abroad to be delivered to someone in another country, they didn’t disappoint my decision & won’t be my last time to do the same again. They will always be my first choice of gifting my beloved ones.

Take note that any complaints need to be within 3 days. Ordered sunflowers for a birthday, they never opened and are dead only five days later despite being fed and watered. Supposedly “fresh” flowers. Didn’t even last a week.
