So Bad minus stars if I could. Birthday delivery 2 days after event. They hide behind T&c. Their biz should ensure delivery date as they in business for special occasions. DONT USE THeM.

after the not so great generic customer service and looking at peoples reviews. cannot get myself to order for next day delivery. its to a work place address for an event, so evening delivery or if its not arrived ont he day will make it useless. cannot rely on the service as its says upto 7.30 pm for delivery!! not good. not ordering delivery is very expensive too and if you dont get order then its a waste of money.

Very quick and easy process. I bought some flowers for a friend and she loved them. They arrived on time. I had regular updates from Royal Mail to let me know about the delivery process too which was great. Thank you for your excellent service.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..... for £25 bouquet I have had better for £3 from the corner shop and because I complained a day late they wouldn't do anything but give me a £10 off my next bunch like I would use this company again the picture was false advertising to what I received!!!!!

The very worst service !! They missed the scheduled date and deliver the next day like it’s ok !! The birthday is over !! Do not buy from this company and their very unhelpful just excuses and terms and conditions bla bla

I’ve ordered from you before on line without a problem. In the end today, I phoned to put my order in. The chat bot wouldn’t leave me alone and making the order became impossible despite restarting several times

If you want your flowers delivered on a specific date do not use Prestige Flowers. I've used them twice and both occasions, they have arrived late, despite ordering in plenty of time. Not much use when your birthday come and gone.

Dont waste your money. They make the bunches of flowers look very plump on the website and when your recipient receives them they look like a tattered scrawny bunch of flowers that have been bashed around in transit. Several stems were broken on my order. You will get a better deal going through a supermarket...

Very misleading, I asked for flowers to be delivered to transport office and they where just left in reception, wasted my money , won't use again

Bad quality flowers received on Friday 20th of September, decided to complain as flowers died by Tuesday 24th of September, took photos to show the quality received and how the flowers looked, Louis M from CS service stated that the complaint is outside the 3 days window (even if offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday) I cannot get a refund. Worst of all offering a £10 voucher to use on the next purchase! Are they kidding, I would never use this company again! How would you rate the customer service you received? 1 Poor

I will never ever use this company again !! Had the worst experience with this guys & ruined my wife’s special birthday . Clearly their website is misleading, I went to their website & ordered a flowers on the next day delivery section ! It’s clearly say’s order before 10pm to get the next day delivery . When I put my postcode it clearly said that the flowers will be delivered next day!! I bought the flowers for £35.99 for next day delivery & paid a delivery fee of £5.99 extra for the next day delivery . Once the order was placed , I received an email from Royal Mail to say that it will not be delivered next day & will be delivered the following day after my wife’s birthday . When I phoned the customer service , they said you need to read the terms and conditions , we say next day delivery ( but in term and condition we also said that next day delivery flowers can take upto three days ) !!! For this I could have ordered through Uber from my local store & they would have delivered a nice flower within a hour !!!! And lot cheaper ( definitely lot cheaper than this guys )!!!!!!! They also said , Royal Mail will say that they can’t deliver tomorrow but keep checking there website they have until evening 7pm to deliver , I was keep checking on their website & wasted my time & the order never arrived !!! Finally I asked one of my friend to buy the flowers from a local shop & got delivered to my wife !!! It was one bitter experience, I will report this to trading standards !!!! DONT USE THEM !!!!!!!!! CERTAINLY I WILL NOT !!!!

I ordered a bouquet for my friend's 70th birthday, she sent me a photo of the flowers when they arrived to say I am disappointed is an understatement. When I contacted Prestige and sent them a photo of the flowers from their website and the ones actually delivered, their reply was that they couldn't see any difference. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
