Flowers ordered for delivery on 2nd July for anniversary. Not delivered received confirmation from Royal Mail they will be delivered on 3rd instead. Too late anniversary ruined and no doubt when they arrive they'll be half dead seeing as they were dispatched on 1st. Why use Royal Mail they are hopeless??

Bit disappointed with the fact that I had paid for a large bunch and as seen in the picture it is anything but large. Royal Mail said they were arriving at a different time that they did too which meant the person receiving them was out. Not great value for money.

Beautiful Flowers always. The website is extremely user friendly and easy to order uour flowers The only problem is choosing the ones you want, so much on offer and very then prices don't break the bank.

I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the flowers that I ordered recently. The flowers were meant to be a special birthday gift, but what arrived was completely unacceptable. Firstly, the flowers came in black packaging, which is entirely inappropriate for a birthday. Secondly, they were not arranged at all, making them look like a disheveled mess.This is far below the standard I expected from your company! The pictures attached speak for themselves. I am shocked and frustrated that Prestige Flowers delivered such poor quality. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel completely let down.

The site is ok But that chat icon came up over something and I was taken there and had to repeat typing card info.. annoying..it was over accept privacy policy

Beautiful flowers and lovely colours to choose from! My favourite is the sunflowers and lilies! I buy occasionally just to cheer myself up 😊 definitely recommend!

So I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother on a special occasion as we live 100 miles away, when phoning her that evening she said the flowers were absolutely awful and said they looked like they’d been left in the sun all day thrown in a bin and then taken out again, as she’s never been disappointed with a flower delivery in all her life I knew they must be bad and asked for pictures, and yes they were as she described. After several messages to Prestige flowers we were given directions on how to revive them which my mother had already tried all their recommendations to no avail. This company will send you round in circles rather than giving a refund. We were told the flowers were of an acceptable quality and size and offered a £10 credit on next order as if I’m really likely to order from them again, I’ve only given one star because the chocolates were apparently nice. Nearly £60 wasted lesson learnt.
