On 4th December Prestige accepted my order for delivery in France on Friday 6th December, but then only delivered the flowers 4 days after the specified delivery date. Therefore, the flowers were probably already 4 or 5 days old when they arrived on 10th November,  2 days after my friend's birthday on Sunday 8th December.   They didn't last very long and have now died.

The flowers were delivered in a box by Royal Mail, and my sister had to dress them herself. There was therefore no ‘wow’ moment upon receipt. She is not a florist, so it looks nothing like the photo, and certainly has far fewer flowers than I paid for, as I paid for the medium size. The bouquet was described as ‘sparkling’. It had a few clumps of glitter dumped on it, unevenly scattered and looked cheap. No scent whatsoever. I think it should be made much clearer that flowers are delivered in a box (by Royal Mail) for self assembly. I would not have sent them from this site had I known that. Very disappointing as they were not cheap but looked like they came from some budget florist. Would not use again.

I ordered an orchid plant for a friend's birthday and she was delighted with it. I placed the order well in advance of her birthday and it was delivered to her door on the day of her birthday. Thank you for your excellent service.

Awful service. Our friend ordered flowers for a funeral which haven't turned up. Prestige have failed to help and have only offered to refund the cost of delivery, refusing accountability for the lost order.

Lovely flowers but was a bit disappointed on the size of the bunch we got. After paying extra for a medium size bunch it was more like the small size shown on web site. Also small when compared to bunches at the same cost received from other florists !!

Don’t use! Selected a specific delivery date only to be emailed and the delivery day is 2 days later! Very upsetting. Will not order again!

Withered and poor quality flowers: I ordered flowers for a close relative. The flowers arrived one day late, which I accept can happen as the flowers were delivered by Royal Mail. However the flowers arrived withered and dried out. My relatives attempted to prop the flowers up against each other in a vase to make them look better and more presentable in a photo to show me as they were a gift and they did not want to disappoint me. The size of the bouquet did not represent the beautiful picture displayed on the website. I also paid an additional £5 to get a larger bouquet of flowers. Please see below the picture of the flowers that were delivered to my relative against the picture on the website. I contacted customer services and asked for a refund. They replied with an apology and to compensate I was offered £10 off my next order. I replied and stated that I did not want to spend any more money on flowers from them due to the poor service and I asked for a refund. Then I was offered £15 off my next order and an apology. I stated again that I did not want to spend any more money on their flowers as the flowers I ordered were not fit for purpose. Then I had a further reply saying that the time period for a refund had passed even though it was only a couple of weeks after the order was placed. The reason for the slight delay in contacting Prestige Flowers was because understandably, my relative did not tell me how the flowers arrived until after I had sent them a bouquet of flowers from another company which were beautiful a couple of weeks later. They then felt able to tell me. After several emails backwards and forwards to prestige flowers, they asked for pictures which were stamped with the date. I had already sent them pictures. I then sent them the pictures including the date the photo was taken. Finally they accepted that there was a ‘slight’ quality issue and they offered a voucher up to the price of the original cost of flowers. Finally they sent out a second bouquet which were better but not great. All in all, I will never order flowers from this company again.

Late delivery, was supposed to be for a birthday yesterday. Arrived the next day. I moved to prestige flowers from another shambles of a florist serenata who again could not get delivery on time. Guess I'll be trying someone else in the future.

I thought I was ordering from a flower company but it turns out to be Prestige "Gifts". I thought they'd be delivered by a florist but discover they are being delivered by Royal Mail. They are for a bereavement. I am disgusted and I haven't yet seen the flowers. But looking at other reviews I am expecting the flowers to be disappointing. If I could cancel I would and re-order from a florist. It's dishonest.

Ordered flowers from New Zealand to UK which did not arrive. Prestige flaged as possible fraud as ordered from so far away yet took my money. They claim to have sent an email to me but not to an active account regarding my purchase, also they mixed up order number to a different person/address/country. Eventually delivered 5 days late so will never use Prestige again.

To be honest, I was confused. When you put "address," I wasn't sure if you meant my address or my mother's who is to be the recipient of the flowers. Then, I got confused again. I thought this was to review the website and now it seems it is an overall review. I can't say something was good until I know if it is. I am a little concerned that the flowers won't be delivered on the 24th December as promised. The advert saying these Christmas flowers can be delivered then could be dishonest. For example, advertising that you do a special Christmas arrangement delivered at Christmas, but then fail to employ enough staff. I expect that somewhere in the small print there is an excuse for this. If this does go through as promised I will happily do another review. Next time I will know about the video option in advance, so know not to be in my night clothes with my hair untidy. In short, please be clearer. I have just scrolled down and this is even more bonkers. I clicked on a link about the website. I CAN'T review the flowers and delivery before my mother has got them. Now I am irritated as you have just wasted my time and added more confusion. Honestly, get it together.

I’m very disappointed in the flowers that were received. I ordered these for a birthday in the uk from Australia. The flowers were terrible. Very little flowers in the bouquet, no greenery. Nothing like what was advertised on the picture which is a disgrace. I’m very very unhappy about the quality of he product and will definitely not be using this service again.

Am absolutely shocked by amount of flowers received for the price they are definitely not proportionate and have left a very embarking experience , ordered what I saw on the photo on website thinking would be getting the same as the photo on website for a family bereavement , unfortunately what was recieved was about 4 stems of flowers absolutely appalled and disgusted will not be using again even though have paid up front for 1 years delivery charges. Very angry and disappointed

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with prestige flowers! The ordering is easy online but the quality of everything was embarrassing! I ordered these flowers for my neighbours who had just had a bereavement, so super important. I was lucky that my neighbours were not home and I got the delivery with a lovely note from Royal Mail saying the package had been damaged. The box was wrecked. Ok not prestige flowers fault but I ordered a large bouquet and even though half the flowers were broken, in bits! It was tiny! They looked like a £5 bunch of petrol station flowers. I was actually shocked that for £50 I got this small bunch of flowers, that had not been prepared properly, they had leaves all down the stems, including brown ones. I ordered a vase too for £5 and that just looked like a pub pint pot, the flowers were not in the vase. Also I paid for a note to go with them and that was just ridiculous, my message was printed on the cheapest, thinnest paper i have ever seen! I would have been so embarrassed for my grieving neighbours to have received that! They had put lots of advertising flyers in there that were on proper card stock, nice and thick, I really don’t know how they think it’s ok to send that message card, which did not have any way possible to fix to the stick that was just put in with the flowers. Honestly I would never, ever use this service again. I had to go out to my local CoOp and buy 2 bunches of flowers for £10 and honestly, they were 3 times more the amount of flowers in them than the nearly £50 I spent from this company. I honestly can’t recommend you Do Not use this company for your flowers. They did say they were giving me a full refund, so at least that is a good thing and that is why they are getting one star. This review would not let me upload my pictures on here so, I will do that on trust pilot.
