For the price it is not worth it they came and they look absolutely nothing like to the ones I chose on the website and the flowers look like they are dying payed extra money for a size medium and they are a normal size like Tesco flowers so disappointed in these flowers I won’t be buying flowers with this company again should have read the reviews before buying never again!

Ordered two bouquets in size large and they have arrived in a terrible state. The flowers are wilted and they definitely do not look like a large bouquet whatsoever. I’d be embarrassed to give these away to the people I ordered them for. Will not use this service again.

Terrible. Website glitched over and over caught in a loop of checks. Directed to web chat who directed me to helpline. All they could suggest was deleting the order and starting again, which I did. Payment then couldn’t be processed. Called helpline to order over the phone. Helpline only supports the most basic service. Couldn’t check account details, amend order or offer any suggestions over the phone. They also couldn’t order the card. I just cancelled the entire process in the end.

Had flowers delivered on Wednesday for a friend's 70th birthday. They came on time. But looked pitiful. I was embarrassed. Will nor use again. And not cheap. I could have gone to Asda and got for a third of the price.

I ended up cancelling my order so I never got any flowers, but customer service helped me cancel the order and get my refund super quickly even tho it was the middle of the night so they get five stars

I ordered flowers to cheer a friend who is unwell ..paid for next day delivery yesterday..abx friend has stayed in all day to tecive them..as royal mail claims delivery before 1pmtoday.its 5.39 and still no flowers.. I should have read reviews before using this service

Ordered flowers to be deliver on the 6th of February and have received a email on the 6th from Royal Mail saying they have just received the flowers and they will be delivered on the 7th so how can you say it’s next day delivery if ordered before 10pm when you clearly cannot manage it! Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

They state 'next day delivery ' and '100% satisfaction guaranteed' . They missed delivery on my mums birthday and spent all their time blaming Royal mail. There response was to copy paste the following from their small print . 4.1.1 By making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into any contract that guarantees a specific time between times stated. At peak times we reserve the right to extend delivery times. During peak periods, if we miss the specified delivery date but still deliver the order you will not be entitled to a full refund. Any remedy will be discretionary. This does not affect your statutory rights I suggested they put that on their website front page. I'd advise to go elswhere if you want delivery on time and good customer service.
