Dry anorexic flowers and the lilies are closed - the whole presentation was so displeasing to the eye. Will never order again. I mean the handful flowers that you could see looked half dead.

Really disappointed and will not be using Prestige flowers again … the flowers didn’t arrive until very late evening .. after 6.30pm and the bunch was so small that I could have got better value from a local supermarket for half the price . The card that accompanied the flowers was a flimsy print out not even cut properly and the message was not central

My son ordered me flowers for mothers day (a month early as he got the month wrong!). Flowers arrived but they were squashed and almost all of them looked hard dead, white roses had brown marks all over them. Brown marks all over the other flowers where the flowers were dying and dirty. He ordered an additional gift box with some handcream and sweets. The card clearly said mothers day but in the box they put a card saying happy valentines. He complained about the state of the flowers and they offered him £10 voucher. He's too quiet to complain but the response is very poor. They apologised and admitted quality was poor so they should have either sent another bouquet or refunded in full not given him a £10 voucher which means they keep the money. They admitted fault but £10 voucher when he paid a lot of money for dead flowers is not good enough. Will not use again and definitely wouldn't recommend

Nice flowers. But ordered large - over £40. Disappointing size. Worth searching Trusted Pilot for 'size' and see what others say. You have been warned.

Absolutely disgusting company,bought flowers ,arrived practically dead ,got replaced ,worse condition than original,asked for full refund ,refused, please do not touch this company

Sent out dead flowers for almost $50 and they were also a day late. Contacted them the day of delivery and sent them pictures of dead flowers. They offered me a very insulting $15 credit..why would I want to do future business after being robbed for almost $50 the first time? Horrible Business. I have sent flowers many many times in many countries to family and friends and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Rubbish customer service and quite frankly terrible quality flowers. Do not recommend them at all after this experience and will never use again. Such a shame. I can provide pictures of the shocking quality of the flowers as well

The recipient of this order Mrs. Anna Owen, tells me that she has not received this order as it has not been delivered. I have contacted the Post Office about it, but I hope between you it will be possible to send and deliver a duplicate. With many thanks, Jim Hobbs.

I bought the celebration bouquet for my grandma. This cost me £25 including postage. The flowers my grandma received were nothing like the picture advertised on the website. There was a lack of flowers and colour in the bouquet provided. I would not use prestige flowers again. I would advise using a local company or E florist as I have had no problems with them in the past. A real waste of money. I tried communicating to the customer service team and they said they were unable to progress my case as the flowers provided matched the description.

Absolutely apaling company. Order from them twice and both times orders were wrong. First order they left out the gift. Second order had an issue with the delivery address that they would not help with, even after messaging less than 10 minutes after ordering! Did not offer help in any sort and lied several times. Offered £15 credit as compensation against orders of over £100.

The telephone number was not taken into account upon delivery, due to a missing number in the address they will keep the order, the worst thing is that they do not help you contact the derilvery to make a resend or some type of solution, they clean their hands and give you a discount for the next order. I don't recommend it at all.

They blame delivery courier for late delivery. They say next day delivery if bought before 10pm however did this and surprise it won't arrive till Thursday. Took £5.99 for that delivery now late and next time I'll use a local flowerist.

Will always use Prestige Flowers as they are a very good company and the site is so easy to use. Nothing seems too much for them and any deliveries I have asked to be sent have always been completed on time with lovely flowers etc. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Ordered a next day £8 delivery to ensure a birthday surprise is secured. Parcel was not delivered the next day as well as Customer service being extremely unhelpful. Worst company I had ever used.
