“Ordered some flowers for my grandparents and it was embarrassing when they arrived! Paid over £40 for flowers and delivery and a bunch from Tesco for £5 would have looked better! Very small, poorly arranged, empty looking bunch arrived that looked absolutely nothing like the photo advertised! Very poor quality, feel ripped off by this company! Will not ever order again and would definitely not recommend”

“My son ordered flowers for me for my birthday today. They have not been delivered. He has been told there is no refund. So, no flowers, maybe tomorrow? Who wants faded flowers a day late? Bad business practice.”

“Overpriced and not delivered on time after paying £8.99 for next day delivery for a birthday surprise before 1. Called customer service waste of time didn’t get anywhere with them didn’t even offer a refund on the delivery . WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN !!”

“It would be useful if I could add a delivery note for the postal service/courier when I place the order e.g. safe place if no-one in. I often don't pick up the notification from postal service until after they have attempted delivery.”

“Paid an extra £8.99 for next day delivery by 1.00pm and they were not delivered until day after that. Apparently my postcode means it can take an extra day - buried in Terms and Conditions. Other sites flag up there could be a delay. Payment for next day delivery should not have been accepted by Prestige Flowers. Will not use them again - should have used local florist and will do so in future.”
