I ordered flowers for my mum for Christmas last year I ordered them for Christmas eve they arrived 28th december and they were all dead obviously been on the van for 5 days without water never use them again

I ordered flowers to arrive on the 18th December, they were left on doorstep on the 19th and no one was there until today. Consequently flowers were three days old at least. I ordered a large bouquet, but the ones sent look nothing like the photo, they were much smaller

Flowers looked nothing like the photos and I bought the medium size. If I would have got the small size it would have been invisible. Second time I have used prestige flowers but now the last time. I live outside of the Uk so I rely on good online flowers

The flowers arrived in poor condition, lasted 2 days , and customer service was disappointing. Despite sending photos, they only offered a £15 voucher, which requires a minimum spend of £19.99 plus delivery. Very disappointing experience—I wouldn’t order from them again. I’d recommend using a local florist or Interflora instead.

I have used you many times and the flowers have always been great. But disappointed in the bouquet we had delivered today for a friend, there was only 7 flowers in it and looked nothing like the image displayed on your website.

Just received a £27.99 bunch of flowers today that a friend had sent, so she also paid £5.99 postage. They were received on time, however, absolutely disgusting price for the size of the bunch and abysmal quality!! The tulips were drooping and falling apart when I opened the box and the roses are already going brown around the edges. Daren't tell my friend that she's been ripped off as she'd be devastated- she sends flowers as she's housebound. What a terrible company!!!

Website is easy to use and navigate. No ability to request swapped stems in any of the bouquets when ordering, which would be a *chefs kiss* if implemented, since locating florals that do not have oriental lillies is difficult. Have never had a complaint from recipients when using Prestige Flowers. Delivery has always occured on ther day requested. Prices are competitive however a cheeky discount here and there or free postage for holidays would be nice too.

After making this purchase I wish I had just shopped local and gone to my local florist. Leaves dead and wilting the box the flowers came in was battered. Generally unhappy wanted to surprise my wife with an extra Xmas gift.

Ordered next day flowers for a bereavement. They were late, poor quality & many flowers was missing heads. My Dad was very disappointed & upset. The only good thing is he liked the vase. Will not be using this company again.

Oh dear, didn't read reviews! Pink roses lilies bouquet.... Flowers went to wrong address, came to my home address instead of to the retirement couple in another county! and they wouldnt amend the delivery despite having reasonable notice of more than 24hrs, no one answers customer service phone lines, on line replies quicker but unwilling to amend their mistake. I also chose large selection £10 extra! which came today, were just like an ordinary medium size bunch that you would pay 15 pounds less for from a supermarket. The flowers were also billed as having 50% off, goodness knows what you would think if you had paid £50 before delivery costs added. Had to send another set to the correct recipients used Interflora, who were excellent. Very.....expensive mistake!
