I'm an old tech dinosaur and love the Prestige flowers website for ordering flower gifts for friends and family. It's incredibly simple and easy to use. You get the option to save the details of people you send to regularly so subsequesnt orders are even easier to arrange. There are also a big choice of payment options to use, without having to search for them. All the flower choices are shown in nice big pictures so you can see what you are buying and from my experience, the flowers are always very good quality and arrive on time. Thank you Prestige for the well designed website and your great service.

Very disappointed with the Pink Lindor hatbox flowers, grossly overpriced and poorly presented. Too embarrassed to take them to our dinner hosts.

I bought flowers on Monday through the website and paid for next day delivery, I read to make sure bank holiday would not be a problem but the website says 7days a week and bank holiday etc as long as order by 10pm is available. It’s Wednesday and there still haven’t been delivered! The phone line takes you to two options that it does not ring through too and then cuts you off! I’ve spent the morning emailing to no satisfaction. Saying the delivery date says the 28th which when checking it does but this must be a problem with your website as I click next day delivery and paid the fee for next day delivery. Why would I pay for next day delivery to have them delivered 2days later when free standard delivery is 2-3days. The person emailing basically said nothing can be done and have a nice day! What kind of service is this? Will not ever order from you again with this kind of service and would recommend no once else dose. Very poor service Can’t say if the flowers look nice there still haven’t arrived!

Disgraceful company, order a bouquet and extras with a date for delivery only to be told that it's a 3 day delivery slot as per the T&C ... Why ask for the date on the order from if you are unable to guarantee delivery on that date. Never again! So embarrassed to let my elderly mother down on her bday .

Booked my delivery for Sunday 25th the day before my friends birthday... Delivery didn't arrive until this morning Tuesday 26th so missed my friends birthday!! why ask when people want things delivered if you are going to ignore my instructions.... NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Absolute disgrace- flowers delivered looked as though they had been pulled outta the bin. I have been buying flowers on a large scale from you guys for years and this is an absolute disgrace and embarrassment . Looks absolutely nothing like the product on offer

I’ve used this business a number of times and I am very pleased with the quality of flowers and the delivery process. Living in Canada it’s nice to have a trusted flower shop to deliver to my Faraway Friend in the UK. I will continue to use Prestige Flowers and highly recommend.

Not sure if everyone has really looked at their delivery and terms and conditions I have placed an order for next day delivery but they don’t have records of order has been sent or not. After few email exchanged between me and customer care team, so far no response and satisfactory answer or resolution achieved They don’t deliver next day, despite you pay they extra delivery fees.

Very disappointed and will not order from Prestige again. I ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered on my wife’s birthday on Sunday. On Sunday I woke up to an amended delivery date of the following Tuesday. We are away all week so the flowers will be delivered to nobody. Add to this that Royal Mail received the flowers on the Saturday so by Tuesday they will be over 4 days old. Why offer Sunday as an option if you use Royal Mail who do not deliver on Sunday, surely another courier should be used to fulfill Sunday orders. When I complained, all I got was a ‘tough luck, read our t’s and c’s’ type response. My wife really needed a boost that these flowers would’ve provided, now she won’t even know I ordered them because we will be away for the rearranged date. No refund, no suggestions of delivering new flowers for when we are back at home, just £50 down the drain. Extremely poor customer service.

Once again the issue seems to be Royal Mail. The flowers actually got to the local delivery hub on the day (ie next day after order) the flowers were due but for some reason they went back and forth between Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy hubs three times. As it is a bank holiday the flowers are now sitting in the Royal Mail hub so I imagine they will not be much when they get there. They were timed to meet a relative returning from hospital. To be fair the flowers we have had from prestige have been fine when they arrive on time. This is not the first time. .
