Received today for my 60th birthday from my son and daughter in law, and they are nearly dead and your customer service is disgusting from what she has told me, just go on about feed them they be good, what do you mean Ive used what supplied but perhaps I have to cook for them lol. I hope they get a refund, disgusting.

I find Prestige Flowers to be excellent value for money, they always deliver on time and the only time their flowers weren't up to scratch, they replaced them immediately. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a fuss free way to send beautiful flowers.

I ordered flowers two days ahead to be delivered for an 80th birthday. 3 days later they have still not been received. Nowhere does it state they do not have a store in Scotland. How can fresh flowers be delivered by Royal Mail. I am ordering online from Canada and warn others to not use this company

Hello Eleanor, Thank you for your review. Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. I am very sorry for this and for any disappointment caused on this occasion. We are an online-based florist, so we don't have any shops. The reason for three stars is I only wanted to use this site once and the overuse of "ads" more or less put me off, But I would recommend you to others who may want to order from you more than once. I await the feedback from the recipient of the flowers as to delivery and condition of them on arrival

I would not recommend ordered flowers and a card for my girlfriend paid £50 for them and £8.99 delivery before 1pm next day still received not flowers or nothing and it’s been 2 days. Honestly don’t waste your time may as well use moon pig

Do not use! Flowers do NOT resemble pictures and neither does the card you purchase to go with it. The response back “we substitute flowers subject to availability which can be read before purchase”. Yeah! To find this is like finding a needle in a haystack. Appalling attitude from “customer services”. Don’t expect a refund with their wishy washy response to your complaint.

sent flowers to my aunt in kent for her 85th and she loved them! Now I'm sending flowers to my dear cousin in france whose cancer has spread and i wanted to make sure the flowers would be beautiful so it had to be Prestige Flowers to make sure the job was done right! I placed an order with this company to be delivered for my wives birthday. The delivery was late and moment gone! 3 of the flowers had to be binned after 1 day and some of them are already withered after 2 days. Over £31 spent for absolute rubbish. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Reason for late delivery…….Because we live in Scotland, well maybe you should take your company off line because in case nobody has informed you, the internet is worldwide, what a pathetic excuse and downright insulting in this day and age. Oh and by the way, it would not allow me to upload the images of the withered flowers. Tried uploading all 4 images which it did not allow so tried uploading 1 at a time but that didn’t work either. Funny that!

I've seen Prestige advertised but never felt able to trust an on line florist. Especially having seen what a well known long standing international florist provided. However, today I received flowers for my birthday. Roses, pink calla lillies, yellow carnations and tall purple flowers the name of which escapes me. All in beautiful condition. Loads of greenery. I think the best flower delivery I've ever received including those from our wonderful local florist. Thank you so much. Excellent.
