Absolutely awful, flowers for a 50th were not delivered. I have requested a full refund but it's not the point.

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. In a nut shell I am absolutely besoted with my neighbor and this will be the 3rd bunch I have sent her . She loves them and make her smile so it's all good .

Just a shambles of a company to deal with, they sell a perishable good that is obviously needed for specific occasions They charge £6 for specific days delivery, but dont actually offer any guarantee that they'll arrive on time or at all. The "100% satisfaction guarantee" is worth 0% and dealing with the customer services "computer says no" attitude has been painful. Would not order again and I would avoid if I was you!

Went for the large bouquet but when I saw what had been delivered I was embarrassed as they looked cheap. The recipient had also been sent flowers which came from a local florist and cost less but were beautiful in comparison. I won’t be using Prestige again

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my niece for last Saturday. I saw them today and I have never seen such a paltry bunch of flowers. The roses had already dropped. Appalling for over £44 . I’d have been better going to a supermarket- never again!

Really disappointed with the flowers, they bare no resemblance to the picture on the website. Look at your photo and compare to this. Cost £30 plus and a total rip off.

Missed my delivery date and told me afterwards “well we don’t guarantee the date”. This was not made clear when I ordered and I spent 60 pounds. No help or compensation afterwards just tried to get rid of me with an “oh well” response. Never using them again.

Absolutely disgusted with the flowers that were sent to my mother. Nothing like the picture and when I complained, I was fobbed off saying that I got what I ordered. Will never use this company again as they are a complete con.

See attached photos… Sales picture of a “medium” arrangement vs what was received for a “large” arrangement. £45 for less than a tenners worth of damaged and dying supermarket flowers. Absolutely dire. Avoid.

Definitely not a large bouquet! Absolute rip off! And what a surprise - unable to upload photos of the rubbish they posted to me via Royal Mail! Avoid at all costs. Customer service does respond - but only to tell you that what you’ve received is what you ordered! You’ll get better value buying a supermarket bunch.

For the price very disappointed, upgraded to large so the small one must have been tiny (1 or 2) stems by the size of this.

Delivered on time, but the wrong size bouquet sent by the florist which was a disappointment. Prestige refunded the price difference, but no other offer.

The royal mail delivered the flowers almost at 19h grrrr and the flowers look old not fresh, bad service never again.
