I am not one to complain … and have always been really happy with Prestige Flowers … but my last experience has been more than disappointing … I ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday … a week in advance … and when it came to the delivery date (Friday) … Royal Mail didn’t deliver them citing incorrect address … which wasn’t the case … I obviously couldn’t contact Prestige Flowers until Monday … 3 days after my sisters birthday … they confirmed they would resend next day … and apologised … but this meant it is 4 days after my sisters birthday … they didn’t offer compensation for this … I asked if maybe an upgrade to the next size (£5) … as compensation to my sister as this wasn’t our fault … but it was a resounding No from the manager … unfortunately this experience has made me rethink whether I would use them again

Ordered some beautiful flowers. paid £8 extra for tracked courier delivery. wasn't sent tracking so had to chase up. flowers arrived, very pretty but 2 cut flower heads sitting on the top of them, no water, drooping flowers. I contacted the company and had to play email ping-pong for FAR TOO LONG and finally got a £10 refund, which by no means covers the stress and upset this caused. the flowers were for a special friend's big birthday, and it was too late for me to replace them. very disappointing. When they sent the "how did we do?" email, they didn't bother responding.

I was under the impression that I was buying flowers from a local business in Nantwich, instead the flowers came from Nottinghamshire delivered by Royal Mail which arrived late afternoon which was not the birthday surprise my wife was expecting. I could have gone to Tesco and paid one third the price for the same flowers. Save your money.

You arnt entering into a 'contract' so don't expect your flowers on time, that you've probably paided a bomb for. I ordered mine for Saturday. Will now arrive Monday DEAD. Smart.

I ordered a bouquet for my son's birthday to be delivered on 3rd August. Today is evening of 4th August and it has not been delivered. I need full refund for my order.there is no sense in sending bouquet after 2 days.

Go to Asda you get more for your money! What I ordered and what I received were very different!! I opted to go large too! Dread to think what the normal size was! Contacted customer service to be told they couldn't see a problem and what I ordered was sufficient! Added pictures of what I ordered and what was received!

Delivery brilliant, ordered 21.45 and they arrived next day at 10.30am. Great, you'd think. However they flowers arrived looking like something robbed off someone's grave! Won't be ordering again. 26 pounds for disappointment is what you'll be paying.

The flowers that arrived were not what was ordered but accepted that . Flowers were fine on arrival but the very next day they had already started dying. Customer service was rude and aggressive. Will not be recommending you to anyone .

Ordered flowers for next day delivery (Friday), within an hour I received a message from Royal Mail stating they would be delivered (Saturday), The flowers were lovely but missing the delivery date was not good. don't avertise next day delivery £5.99 and fail to meet this. :(

Ordered flowers to say a huge thank you to someone. Royal mail failed to deliver flowers. They said they would try & deliver on next working day. Then a week later royal mail sent me an email reminder to collect the parcel as they didn't deliver the flowers. I'm £30 out of pocket & my flowers never got delivered. I've not to get compensation. I will never use Prestige Flowers again. Why are they using Royal Mail? Hopeless

Very disappointed! I ordered flowers in large size and they looked very small. Not worth the money i paid for. I will never order again through this company. If I knew that the flowers will be so small I would never pay what i paid. Total rip off! I am so disappointed!!!!!

I ordered some flowers for my sister’s wedding which is today. They should have been delivered by 1200 this morning. As at 5.30 pm still not delivered. Terrible service. So dissappointed. Tried to contact Prestige but no one there until Monday.

This must be the worst bouquet that I have ever received. Just been across to my daughters as I bought them for her 44th birthday, what a disappointment. If I had received, I would have binned them straight away. Look days old. Incredibly disappointed. I expect my money back, or I shall be writing the same comments on Facebook and x. First time I tried your company and I could have cried. If there was a star less than 1 I would have given it to you. I do know that a lot of reviews are false which is why I don’t Normally give them. Delivery was fine. I just got the impression when I was ordering that you were pushing me to spend more and more money, capitalisation will be the downfall of the west in the next 5 years. all I wanted was a beautiful bouquet for my daughter’s birthday. I will have to now order her another one from . somewhere else. ’

I have used this website many times to send flowers, mainly to my mother. It is super easy to follow and has a wide range of flowers and gifts to suit all budgets. They have always delivered on the date specified and I have never had any problems. I would highly recomend.

Avoid Prestige Flowers at all costs. Find another way to send sentimental thoughts to a friend or family member or you will be so disappointed with not only the flowers but their response to your complaint. A family member sent me flowers to thank me for organising a special family event. Three of the flowers were dead on arrival & the rest lasted no more than three days but I was not able to report this to PF within their apparent three day timescale. I have tried continuously to ask them to send me a replacement bouquet but they have refused, offering only a £10 voucher - towards a purchase, I wouldn’t send their flowers to my worst enemy. Atrocious product & atrocious customer service - AVOID AVOID AVOID
